Association for Talent Development (ATD) 

ATD is one of the professional coaching associations focusing on English learners. Throughout its operations, it focuses on improving the potential of its clients by improving their skills, knowledge, and abilities necessary in the workplace environment. The members of the Association for Talent Development can be trainers, performance consultants, talent development managers, frontline managers, and even the workplace learning professionals (Salavert, 2015, p. 12) . Presently, its members are sourced from an estimated 120 countries and they work in various organizations and industry sectors. 

ATD usually focuses on supporting the development of talent through the provision of trusted content in the form of events, webcasts, books, research, and even education programs. Besides this, it also hosts different conferences at varying intervals in a year. For instance, ATD has been organizing yearly the premier international gathering for talent development practitioners. Such conferences organized by ATD usually offers unparalleled opportunities for targeted individuals to network and learn (Schachter& O’Connell, 2018, p. 852) . Besides this, it is important to note that ATD has been founded on the ethical foundation of providing trusted content in form of education programs, events, webcasts, books, and research.

Effective Language Coaching through Neuroscience 

It is another professional coaching association focusing on facilitating faster and deeper language learning among its clients. Routinely, it focuses on helping its clients reach high language levels efficiently and effectively. This has been a necessary deliberation, especially considering that there is a need for language experts in areas such as business meeting language, negotiations, presentation, human resources, and legal finance. The association mainly focuses on integrated language training to help clients understand various language contexts (Desimone& Pak, 2017, p. 6) . Upon setting the desired goals, clients can be able to attain their targets of enriching their language knowledge, thus feeling confident and empowered when speaking a given language.
