Situation:
The residents of this town have frequently complained about the rising amount of garbage accumulating in the town. After taking a walk throughout the town you will clearly see a lot of unattended trash in almost every corner of all the buildings. The roads look filthy and do the streams in the town side as they have been highly contaminated by wastes dumped into the streams. Another alarming observation is the sewerage system which is clearly blocked and needs urgent attention as manholes have already started overflowing with human waste mainly fecal matter and the residents are now at a great risk of contracting deathly diseases.
Proposed solution:
Due to the rising problems, it is strongly recommended that something be done before the town becomes a national center for all kinds of deathly diseases. All the drainage and sewerage systems should be drained and proper plumbing as well as cleaning done to make sure that they all work efficiently and properly. All manholes to access the sewerage tunnels should also be covered properly and garbage collection points be set aside for all estates and residential areas. All stores should arrange on how their garbage will be collected and disposed properly by the municipal given the privilege to do so.
