Central Research Question

How can the issue of racial inequality in Florida’s public schools be eradicated?

Interview Questions

How are racial inequalities practiced in Florida Public schools?

This research question aims to help identify the various ways through which education disparities are practiced in public schools. After their identification, it would be easier for the researchers to point at the recommendations that would eradicate racial inequalities within Florida's public schools. Racial disparities in education are practiced through the unequal distribution of academic resources such as school funds, qualified teachers, and technologies that foster better education to students' socially segregated race within the public schools (Darling-Hammond, 2015). Such races tend to be historically disadvantaged within the country.

Who should develop the education policies for the elimination of public policies?

This research question aims to identify individuals or the bodies involved in developing the education policies intended to eradicate racial inequalities within public high schools in Florida. Involving various communities from different races in the development of the policies and the procedures that are relevant to their communities allows their expertise and commitment for the required results of eliminating disparities. Education policies should be developed with the individuals designed to have benefits rather than those doing it to help others (Gewirtz, 2015). Policymakers should not seek to act in the interest of socially excluded people unless it involves respecting their choice and values.

What does the education system need to eradicate inequality in the education sector?

This research question will help the researchers gather interviewee's thoughts on what the education sector needs to do in their quest to eradicate inequality within public high schools. In the ranking that Program for International Students Association (PISA) compiled to be a significant concern for the challenges in education policies, many people are pointing to the less-than-heartening standing of the country's education system and teacher recruitment system (School of Education Online Program, 2021). Some strategies should be suggested to improve all student's education experience and reduce the inequality gap.
