Racial justice within workplaces is of great importance because it serves to encourage people of minority origins to reach their full professional potentials. Racial injustice and inequality keeps these very people from gaining access to economically useful opportunities, and thus, usually ensures that they remain marginalized and oppressed. In this regard, it is not only wrong but also immoral. Racial justice like all other human rights issues is important to me. The stereotypes that human beings have traditionally held against each other, all become impossible to perpetuate in the face of greater racial justice. Judging from this, racial justice holds the only hope for man to deconstruct the systemized mistreatment of racial minority communities and groups.
The clearest advantage that arises from ensuring racial justice is that everyone gains the indiscriminate right to enter to work at whatever place that they may have otherwise have wished to. Race consequently stops to qualify individuals for job opportunities. As a result, not only do workplaces become more meritocratic regarding their recruitment, evaluation and remuneration processes, but they also gain a more diverse appearance. Diversity is known to breed innovation since, exposing workers from different backgrounds to each other, makes it more possible for them to share and incubate ideas and opinions that may be contrary to their own. Which technically means that, racial justice is good for the democratization of job spaces. Racial justice makes workplaces more inclusive. As it does this, it makes it compulsory for working class citizens to accommodate their differences. Racial justice brings diverse backgrounds to work in unison within “the same location all doing what they desire to do.” In overall, however, racial justice is necessary to protect every worker from being victimized by racist employers and property owners, such as Donald Sterling. As at 2014 when he made racist remarks against Black people, Sterling had been the owner of the Los Angeles Clippers, an NBA outfit.
