By examining the various data collection process, it was clear that they mainly involve gathering information on the variables of interest and measuring it During the process of data collection, a systematic way of answering the stated research questions, the hypothesis, and evaluating the outcome is well established (De Vaus, 2012) . Data collection is a component of research that is applied in all fields of study such as in social and physical sciences, humanities, business in schools (De Vaus, 2012) . In addition, data collection process requires emphasis on ensuring accurate, realistic, and honest data collection remains unchanged. This phenomenon is of great importance since it helps maintain the integrity of the research. 

According to Donald Kirkpatrick, data collection process involves four levels, which include reaction, learning, application and impact levels. The four levels are referred to as the Kirkpatrick’s four level training model. The model plays a role in the approach of measuring the training effectiveness of the learner. In this case, Kirkpatrick’s four level training model will be used to give a report on the budget of Starbucks business plan to determine if it is being used wisely. In addition the model will analyze the Starbucks business plan and to determine whether there will be a way to improve it in future. To come up with the data collection process in Starbucks that will evaluate a new product, which would be appealing to the health of people, the four levels will be studied and analyzed carefully and identify areas where they can be applied (Hunley & McNamara, 2010) .

Moreover, the research to gather information and data of what the people would say about the business plan in Starbucks that aims at introducing a new product, which would be appealing to the health of people, should also be conducted. The following is the processes that will be followed to measure the effectiveness of the training: 

Reaction 

In this, level the degree of how the participants, for instance, the people in the seminar will react about the product Starbucks intends to introduce in their business is measured. This would be of great concern to the company because it would help them improve on some areas so that it would look appealing to the customers as well as attracting more. The reaction of the people will also show if they would recommend Starbucks to proceed with the plan. 

Learning 

In learning, what is needed to be evaluated is measured for example the skills, knowledge, confidence, attitude and commitment (Hunley & McNamara, 2010) . The measures will allow people to get to know the where about of Starbucks adaptability within its current system. The new product introduced will also be revealed. In addition, learning will expand the skills and knowledge of each employee to fit in the current nature of the Starbucks business plan. 

Application 

Mainly involves measuring behavior change of the people involved, which is done through an interview or observation (Hunley & McNamara, 2010) . Assessment is also done and involves several steps and tools such as online electronically by useful designed criteria. 

Impact 

This is the outcome of the process for the stockholders and the management at Starbucks. Therefore, the measures will rely on normal management system and reporting which will be a challenge to identify and agree on the accountability and relevance of the products introduce at Starbucks. The impact can be known through individual evaluation the management and employees of the organization. In addition, external factors greatly affect organizational and business performance, which cloud the true cause of good or poor results.
