The parents attending the meeting appeared confused leading me to note that a large number of parents are not accustomed to these kinds of meetings. Since this was my first meeting with the education board, I felt confused for the longer part of the meeting. From my perspective, I believe that the board can make the meetings more efficient by ensuring that the community members and parents are familiar with the agendas being discussed, especially the ones who have never been to such meetings before. They can do this by making sure that their agendas are more descriptive and clear.
