The social research process for this research focused on the International learners' community in the USA who faces the problem of Learning English which is very crucial towards their ability to learn and advance their careers. Primarily, the main causal factor affecting the ability of these students to learn English is the lack of the integration of Adult Learning methods that help to significantly increase the learners' ability to learn a new language and apply it in their respective careers.
According to the outcomes of the social problem investigation indicated that the stakeholders, including universities, have put in very minimal efforts towards directly helping the students to address this problem. The adult theories indicate that it is very important for the integration of adult learning techniques which are very important towards ensuring a high level of understanding (Murtonen & Lehtinen, 2020). The discovery of the problem as a result of close interaction with the learners and also preliminary research on the issue. The engagement approach was mainly through focus group meeting where through interactions, they shared their experiences and the possible solutions applicable to them. The activity design for the group was citizenship workshops that cover various topics through practice presentations and other related activities. As a result of these activities, the group recorded higher understanding of both written and verbal English. These positive results have inspired a renewed commitment to ensure further research as part of the international students' communication fluency stimuli program. The group constitutes a very important part of the American student population and prospective human capital with exceptional talent that will be essential in the productivity of the organization in the future.
