To encourage and build strong corporate citizenship, Supper Drinks has built strong communities. The location of the company in the city of Richmond, Virginia has led to the interaction between the company and the immediate neighborhood surrounding it. Supper Drinks has affected the Richmond community by actively being involved in the charity activities, which have distributed money and other items to the needy people in the different parts of the city. Supper Drinks has also encouraged innovation among the employees and in the community as well. The company has done so in an attempt to spark innovation among the locals to contribute to their economic independence. 

Supper Drinks is also committed to being a good corporate citizen by fostering diversity and inclusivity. The company has employed people of different financial backgrounds, age, and cultural backgrounds. The variety is expected to contribute to the need for learning among the employees in the company, which will make Supper Drinks stronger than it has been. Supper Drinks has also become a good corporate citizen by enhancing the customer experience. More often than not, the company has had customer service efforts to serve the needs of the community in a better way and appeal to the customers in the end.

Supper Drinks has created numerous job opportunities within the city of Richmond for people with different educational backgrounds. The company has produced many positions for the workers at various capacities in the company. For instance, a good number of qualified people within Richmond have been hired to head the company as chief executive officers, chief financial officers, among others. The organization has also created jobs for waiters in the premises, security personnel, beverage deliverers, as well as the chefs. Such diversified job opportunities have broadly targeted the potential employees' base in the city of Richmond. 

The creation of jobs at Supper Drinks has been strategically made. For instance, those working in the higher positions have the highest percentage of the employees come from the state of Virginia. The rest have come from the neighboring states such as Maryland and the District of Columbia. A few of the employees come from outside the United States of America. The mixing of the employees has resulted in employee diversity at Supper Drinks, which has led to it being a good corporate citizen to the USA. The company has also planned to open more branches in the towns neighboring Richmond. That has been targeted to create more employment opportunities for the society in and out of the Richmond metropolitan area. 

There are various laws on different levels that affect the operations of Supper Drinks. The company has been keen at following the requirements that have been set by the city, state, and the federal governments. At the state level, the company has registered as a business in the state of Virginia, paid all the costs involved, and acquired all the necessary permits and licenses that the company needs to operate. At the federal level in the USA, Supper Drinks has complied with the tax requirements and set up its tax structure to be on good terms with the IRS. 

Regarding the employee contracts, Supper Drinks has been keen on signing the agreements between the company and both its full time and part-time employees. Being a beverage company, Supper Drinks has had to comply with health requirements that have been stipulated in the state of Virginia. In the main branch and the other branches of Supper Drinks, the company has abided by the laws regarding land use. Supper Drinks also has complied with the building and fire equipment regulations, which have ensured that Supper Drinks is located in a safe place and that in case of emergency, there is a way to salvage the victims out of the building. 

In the social and ethical responsibility plan, Supper Drinks has come up with the ways that the company will follow to ensure that there is fair treatment of the employees. One of the ways is the establishment of the respect between an employer and the employee at the workplace. The respect accorded to the employees motivates them to do their best, consequently improving the services of the organization and how they are offered to the customers. The other method of the fair and honest treatment of the employees is by developing interpersonal relationships between the employer and the employees at work. The interpersonal; relationships will make the employees feel closer to Supper Drinks as a company and confide in it. 

The other fair and honest employee treatment method that Supper Drinks will make use of is the training of the leaders to develop the state of the art leadership skills., the current leadership skills in the corporate world are designed to offer inclusivity to the employees and make them a part of the company's activities. Therefore, it will be fair for the leaders to develop new skills. Supper Drinks will also practice honest communication in treating its employees fairly and honestly. Honest communication will be open and timely to let the employees know what is expected of them in their work. 

Supper Drinks will come up with a rule that disbands any form of discrimination and mostly the ones based on gender, race, age, religion, and financial ability. The employees that will be found to perpetrate any form of discrimination against their colleagues will be subjected to punishment according to the company's human resource department. Serious discrimination offenses will be punishable by loss of the job or the temporary suspension of the employees. The rule will be applied from time to time and reviewed to ensure that it is relevant to the company's operations. 

The advantages of diversity in the workforce at Supper Drinks will be numerous. They will range from creativity inspired by the different mindsets of the employees at the company to the increased customer satisfaction owing to the employees' exposure to the various customers and especially those that they interact with at the company. Supper Drinks will manage the diversity of the workforce by prioritizing quality communication. Communication in a common language such as English will be vital to the harmonization of the employees with different beliefs and culture. The other way to manage diversity will be to personalize the treatment of the employees. By individually treating the employees, it will be more convenient for Supper Drinks to understand the values that different employees have that could benefit the organization at large. 

The company might affect the environment negatively through the disposal of the plastic and metallic cans to improper places thus adversely affecting the environment. Supper Drinks will define to the employees what the term environment means to the company. Through the identification of the environment with the employees, Supper Drinks will have trained the workforce to identify the potential parts of the environment they may be adversely affecting. The other step that the company may take is the assessment of the environmental risks in the supply chain. The evaluation of the risks is one of the primary steps towards the finding of the solutions to the negative implications Supper Drinks has on the environment. 

Supper Drinks will then implement a supplier engagement program. The program is meant to negotiate with the suppliers of the company to ensure that they supply material that is not likely to negatively affect the environment. They could use the reusable and recyclable materials as they deliver the raw materials to Supper Drinks. The last step is the goals in environmental sustainability that are targeted at addressing the corporate and the supply chain management dangers on the environment. The alignment of the goals is the second vital step to reducing negative environmental impact after the assessment of the issue at Supper Drinks. 

One of the health issues that may affect the operations of Supper Drinks in the manufacture of the beverages that the company deals in is the manufacture of sugary drinks. The sugary drinks may have adverse health effects on the consumers of the beverages with issues such as increased high blood pressure and cases of diabetes among the customers. That may make the company be in bad books with the state and federal governments. The company is already working on the production of the beverages using the natural ingredients. The natural ingredients will introduce the natural sugars that are essential to the bodies of human beings. That will have solved the health issues that may be brought about by the artificial sugars. Additionally, Supper Drinks is working on the sugar-free beverages for those with hyperglycemia to reduce the beverages' adverse health effects on them. 

All the beverages produced by Supper Drinks will have the necessary regulations in consumption. For instance, certain beverages will not be recommended for the children below the age of ten. The others will not be recommended to pregnant and lactating mothers. That will help the company target only a specific population with its drinks. The company will advertise the beverages separately with the various recommendations attached to them. The distribution will be based on the specific orders that have been placed by the customers in the different locations within the city of Richmond and in the other locations that the company will open branches in within the state of Virginia.
