Diversity involves various aspects, one of them being social, cultural discipline, which can be termed as sociocultural diversity. It consists of the context of race, class, gender, and sexual orientation, among other factors that make up the identity of individuals and impact their daily living. Culture is mostly associated with the patterns of behavior and beliefs, among other factors that a group of people identifies with and is passed down to all generations of the group. In the study of human behavior, it is essential to consider the aspect of social culture such as language and discourse, especially from the social experiences of people as they engage in their daily social reality.

In their article, Archakis, & Tsakona, (2013) , carry out a comparative analysis of students with an effort to raise the awareness of students. In this article, they help in concluding that human behavior is profoundly affected by a person's cultural background. On the other hand, Cronk, (2017), affirms that culture is an essential factor whenever one is trying to explain behavior. He notes that some cultural traits have specific impacts on functioning, while others do not. He further confirms that various features in culture can either cause maladaptive or adaptive behaviors, which can help in making choices on the type of culture traits that affect specific actions. Glenn (2004) claims that the increasing complexities that surround the issue of culture can be attributed to human participation and concepts from various entities. These factors act as learning potentials for the sociality of human beings and the understanding that culture comes along through the transmission of multiple behaviors from one person to another.

The concept of culture is of great importance in contemporary society, and it plays a significant role in shaping the behaviors of various people. Culture and human behavior have a complicated relationship that can be viewed differently from multiple standpoints ( Smith et al., 2008) . The study of human behavior helps in shedding light on these complexities and help in noting the importance of culture today. In general, culture affects human behavior, and individual behavior affects culture interchangeably. The evolution of culture is highly dependent on people's changes in behavior over time.
