The motivational forces of human interactions have turned into an unknown status owing to the use of social media platforms which have adversely affected communication. Mutual marketing having been specified distinctly, have enabled the customers to develop a kind of racial boundary surrounding goods or services. 

But firms engaging social media platforms for their long-term success must be ready to fore go the control component to the customers. Social media platform is one profound factor that catches up with the firm's websites and communication networks, and as a result, the social media platforms have not only dictated how companies relate to their consumers but also the mode of establishment and implementation of own customer relationship management strategies. An outstanding dissimilarity existing between the traditional customer relationship management and the social customer relationship management is that the social CRM involves customers whose primary objective is to safeguard the client's experience.

Marketers take great advantage of the social media platforms regarding oral means of communication. Research that was recently conducted showed 47 percent of United States citizens under the age of 35 share their comments electronically, which will tend to positively or negatively influence the customer choice for a product or service. The world wide networks and other social media platforms eliminate the boundaries created by the oral means of communication including place, time and convenience although this revolution has brought forth varying discontents and difficulties associated with social media platforms. Mobile phone and computer technology are becoming essential and most important package to the most of the business operations. In today’s world, a majority of youths use mobile and computers making it more accessible which leads to an increased marketing of the firm through social media. Provision of essential information that supports the business in making the decisions has been fully established by the growing technology. Most of the information such as the financial status, customer details, payroll details and sales figures are the core needs used to enlighten the business owner as to whether there is a sale increase or decrease. The data processing which results in excellent business communication has been transformed by the use of information and communication technology as well as computers. 

Instituting an arena of frankness that fosters a direct exchange of ideas or information in the entire perspective is the first initiative in promoting central communication. This implies that firms should develop a custom of encouraging an internal flow of information and the in particular leaders including managers and decision makers should accept and encourage information flow both horizontally and vertically in their companies irrespective of their status. Three justifications arising from the social structure which mainly influences the economic results and in particular through the social networks includes, on one hand, the significance of social networks as a prize and abuse because they are usually exaggerated when they arise from ordinary individuals. On the contrary, social media interferes with the exchange and validity of information. Besides trust which refers to the ability of people to rely and act positively on the available information. 

To trail data in its information system, a firm has to establish certain programs including data storage and data extraction in their information system. Business information system explains the procedure by which an organization gathers and examine data with the expectation that they will positively affect their operations in future. A part of making use of internal data, Firms usually outsource information from data dealers to assess the actual image of their companies which will enhance their businesses operations and achieve their long-term goals. Though youth under the age of 35 years do notably execute multiple tasks simultaneously without necessarily experiencing challenges, the adults give the same meaningful output. In the process of doing more than one thing at the same time, youth acquire many diverse skills which help them even come up with big solutions for big problems. Through the Internet and modification of learning methods, the young adults and under age 35 can discover many things which ultimately brings forth their success.
