The different methodology can be employed on patients with mental health problems. The most common one is patients with PTSD. Educating people about the connection of the body and the mind is the first intervention possible that social psychologies use in creating awareness. It follows a face-to-face interaction between the patients and the practitioner. Once the patients understand themselves, it is simpler to offer treatment what social psychology does at large. Every organization has varied cultures. Therefore, understanding all the cultures and addressing the interests of each individual creates a positive work environment. For leadership management, understanding employees is essential in developing each of them (Flood, 2017). When employees feel recognized, their output and quality tend to improve. Most people perceive group work and competitive, which generates a destructive behavior that drains the group's energy. Therefore management needs to incorporate talk therapy programs. When workers are free, they can engage in the same. A company in Korea sends its employees to social psychology tests and exams after detecting sluggishness in service delivery. Encouraging workers also is part of psychological phenomena that should be instilled. In today's world, many businesses are employed transformative and resilient leaders.

These patterns are why social research enables develop different teaching methodologies that would allow for all to acquire knowledge, although at different rates. Setting such a curriculum requires knowledge of social psychology. However, understanding people is essential at the workplace and for personal reasons (Forgas et al., 2020) . For instance, if 90 percent of workers consistently report late, it is imperative to survey the reasons behind it. However, developing a mechanism that helps the turnout improve is essential. This concept thereby requires psychological context. Therefore social psychology plays a crucial part in daily activities.
