Understanding the knowledge requirements helps in identifying the areas of coverage required for success to be achieved.
The third step in making my decision was choosing the best career choice that matched my capabilities and personal interest. Having identified my goals, matching them to the right career is the final goal of the career choice process. This involves seeking the right sources of knowledge and pursuing the knowledge. In this step, I considered my interests, and the availability of resources to finance my pursuit of education. This led to choosing a career choice that best suits my capabilities and thereby guided my education line. Arriving at my decision was tough, but the guidelines and personal interests guided me to a decision that will not lead to regrets in the future.
Having gone through problem-solving and decision-making training, I find that my decision-making strategies fall in line with the guidelines provided in the course. The course elaborates the first strategy as understanding the goal. Once the goal has been clearly understood, it provides a guideline that will lead to the achievement of this goal. Most complex decisions are therefore best handled once the goal has been identified. A clear analysis of the mechanisms required to achieve this goal is then established based on the options available.
