The critical assignment addressed the knowledge of curriculum standard effectively. To meet the rubric criteria, I described various concepts and defined the standard in the key assignment. The critical assignment contained research from different authors that supported the importance and application of curriculum knowledge. Curriculum knowledge was defined in the assignment which is a basic standard because instructors must knowof the concepts that they teach. Besides, I need knowledge resources to meet the expectations of the measures on knowledge of the curriculum.

Also, I supported the arguments in the critical assignment with literature and data from articles or journals. I described and provided illustrations on the concept of knowledge of content. To accomplish the goals, I need to have a talent in the subjects that I will teach. I need to know the major and minor concepts of the discipline. I must know about the evolution of the discipline and its relation to the present generation. I need to identify the students’ myths on the discipline and recommendations. I will guide the students on integrating real situations with different instructions in a culturally diverse environment. To enhance proficiency, I have to understand the concepts of the various teaching disciplines. I need various sources to achieve the expectations which include pedagogical methods, best practices, and technology to provide a detailed lesson on knowledge of content (Beninghof, 2012) . Having knowledge in the content enhances students’ understanding and performance. Teaching practice in the different areas is essential in incorporating student with knowledge on learning content.
The indicator is that the completers should understand the main relationship between the different concepts. At the end of the course, the student will know the ideas and skills that are necessary for understanding others. The completers must be aware of the pedagogical approaches used in the standard. Through meeting the expectations and implementing the resources, I achieved the goals of the standards.

The standard of knowledge of students is completely covered in the critical assignment. I used concepts of different researchers to support my arguments about knowledge of students. I can implement different activities to meet standards such as using different learning techniques and changing instructions for students’ satisfaction. I need to modify the inclusion of activities in the education setting. The resources needed in this standard include best practices, technology, and learning frameworks (Voltz et al., 2010). I need professional experience in teaching practice to teach the students. The instructor needs knowledge on the students’ culture and background to meet their needs.
The first indicator for meeting the standard is that the completers will have the ability to fulfill the different needs of the learners. Secondly, the completers will acquire knowledge of the main learning and development concepts. The completers will establish the relationship between learning theories and students’ performance. Finally, the completers must have knowledge of the different learning methods. I met the goals of the standards through fulfilling the expectations and utilizing resources.
Standard 5: Knowledge of Research
The critical assignment contains an in-depth analysis of the knowledge of research. I applied previous research to establish the concepts of the standard. I included concepts on the standard of knowledge of research in the key assignment to meet the rubric criteria. I need to have research skills to teach the students. I must be conversant with different research methods to provide knowledge to the students. I need to have analytical skills to assess and interpret the information for the students. Further, I should be aware of creating findings and conclusions after assessing the students. The resources that will be applied in this standard include best policies, technology, data, and research instrument. Applying research methods is important in data analysis and making appropriate findings (Blatchford, 2015). I need to apply the appropriate research methods to improve the data analysis process.
The first indicator is that the teachers will have the ability to implement the theoretical idea and research findings on the curriculum. It is expected that completers implement the findings on the instruction and analysis of P-20 structures. Certain goals will be achieved such as improvement of learning and classroom processes. In addition, the institutional practices will improve. Secondly, completers will have the ability to use research methods to assess education methods. The completers can use mixed, qualitative, and quantitative methods to assess the data. The completers must have the ability to assess the data on different platforms. I met the conditions of the standards after implementing the resources.
Standard 6: Knowledge of Assessment
The critical assignment contains an in-depth description of the standard of knowledge of assessment. I retrieved information from various research articles and journals to support the concepts on the knowledge of assessment. I conducted a detailed assessment of the research findings to meet the conditions of the rubric criteria. I need assessment skills to analyze the findings on education problems and differentiate instructions. I must have past experience in using the assessment methods. Professional skills are essential in enhancing the assessment process. I must be aware of the education assessment methods that are applied in differentiating instructions. I must improve the assessment skills of the learners. I will provide knowledge to the students on the different types of assessment methods and their application. At the end of the lessons, the students will have knowledge of the assessment of education problems and distinguishing instructions (William, 2018). My response should be timely and effective to improve the education process. Thus, I need professional skills in assessing the data to make the right generalizations. The resources that will be used in this case include best practices, assessment tools, and student data.
The indicator for the standard is that the completers should have the ability to use different assessment techniques to distinguish instructions. The assessment methods can include diagnostic, summative, and formative. The completers should provide a timely and effective response after using the assessment approaches to enhance learning. I met the conditions of the standards after utilizing the resources and performing my roles.
Standard 7: Professional Practice
In the key assignment, the standard on professional practice has been described clearly. I supported the concepts of the standard using research from other authors. Through using research from articles and journals, the credibility of the paper was enhanced. I described the nature of the standard and provided detailed information to fulfill the condition of the rubric criteria. I should demonstrate professionalism and intellectual skills to enhance the education process. I need to have good management and integration experience. I should improve the intellectual and management skills of the learners. I should improve the learning processes and effectiveness of the practices by incorporating the professional practices. Professional practices are important in improving employee performance which influences the overall productivity of a corporation (Lang & Evans, 2006) . I should have experience in managing to handle the students when they conduct their activities.
The first indicator is that the instructors should demonstrate high levels of standards of academic integrity and intellectual development. The instructors should obtain high levels of intellectual experience after completing the course. Additionally, the completers should exhibit high standards of professional integrity. The teachers should exhibit professional values such as honest, trustworthy, and obedient. Subsequently, completers should engage in professional education experiences to enhance the effectiveness of practices. Lastly, completers should address the needs for professionalism, management, and integration. Instructors should address the gaps that exist in the management and collaboration activities. I achieved the conditions of the standards through using resources and fulfilling my responsibilities.
