The digital era has seen so much improvement in learning and education. Technology can be used to improve learning opportunities as well as create others. This presentation will give an overview of our technology implementation plan to improve learning within the District. The district has one High School two middle schools and four Elementary schools. There are more than 2500 students within the District. 25% of the teachers within the district are new in their careers while the remaining 75% high experience veterans within the teaching career. The study will present a plan that will oversee the implementation over strategy to use technology to improve learning within the district in the next three years.
Phase I
Committee Analysis
A committee that consists of staff member collaboration will meet and analyse the requirements for the strategy. All the equipment and Resources required for the implementation of this strategy will be identified and their purchase planned for ( Koonce, 2015 ). The goals of this project will also be defined and the timelines set. Different tasks will be assigned to different members of the committee. My chairman who will oversee the proper running of the project will also be elected. Setting the project goals will be essential in the identification and implementation of the professional activities that will aid teachers and stakeholders in their preparation for the technology upgrade.

Purchase of Equipment
The district currently has an e-learning portal. All the head of departments have been provided with laptops to improve digital learning. Computer science has also been employed as a subject for all students above grade 3. All the school have computer Labs that have all the basic learning equipment.
Professional Development
More than 75% of the teachers within the district are veterans in their profession. There will be need to increase the number of young teachers who are more familiar with the digital age. More training and Resources will be provided to all teachers within the district to improve their capability in enrollment of the new curriculum.
Phase II
Upgrade Infrastructure
The current president equipment within the computer labs in the schools is not sufficient do effectively implement the proposed Project. They will be need to evaluate and improve all the computing and technology infrastructure within the schools. More equipment shall be added to the computer Labs. There will be installation of fiber optics within the classrooms and students will be given access to laptops. The E-Learning portal will also be upgraded to provide more learning resources to their students.
Distribute and Install Equipment
All the institutions shall be assessed and all the missing equipment shall be provided. New equipment shall be equally distributed and installed to the schools. All equipment not in their right working conditions shall be repaired and improved before the implementation of the next phase.
Professional Development
The digital learning resources will be introduced to the schools. The teachers will be trained to become more familiar with the new learning curriculum. They will be taught how to use Google for education and other such like platforms. The 75% of teachers who are veterans in their careers and have mastered the Old syllabus shall be introduced to the new syllabus and the evaluation of the new model will be considered in improving the proposed Project.
Committee Analysis
The committee shall meet fortnightly to oversee the implementation of the project and to solve any challenges. The oversight shall include the re-planning and rescheduling of any activities that might add value or improve the effectiveness of the project.
Phase III
Implementation of Technology into Curriculum
More resources shall be added to the E-Learning portals which will be accessible for students in grades 1 to 12. Daily learning activities will also be available for all the grades. This will be essential for the professional development of the teachers.
Communication With the community
Parents and stakeholders will meet once every two months to discuss the implementation of the new technology. Activities that demonstrate how students learn shall be presented to the parents to improve the understanding of this project. The challenges met during the implementation of this project and the shortcomings of any resources required shall also be presented to the stakeholders. Disabled achievement and progress on the technology implementation will be shared to the males of all parents and the stakeholders.
Professional Development
The teachers will be given a requirement of eight minimum hours a day they are supposed to continue their education activities that are related to the implementation of the new curriculum. Activities that will help teachers in professional development shall be provided to the teachers of all grades. This process will continue each year.
Committee Analysis
The committee will continue to assess the success of the new curriculum. They will oversee the introduction of more programs into the system. They will also approve all the professional development activities that will be scheduled for the teachers. New members of the committee will be appointed in case need be.
Phase IV
Assessment of Effectiveness of Implementation
The last phase of the project will include feedback about the upgrade of technology. The effectiveness of the new curriculum and the improvement that should be done shall be overseen by the committee and the stakeholders ( Koonce, 2015 ). Any improvements in professional development of the teachers shall be used to assess the prosperity of the project. The communication flow between stakeholders, parents, and the community will be essential to determine the areas that need improvement. Any additional training equipment and connections required shall be provided.
Committee Analysis
An assessment of any changes within the three years of the program implementation will be discussed by the committee. The committee will send surveys to the teachers parents and stakeholders to find out about their opinions regarding the project. Any shortcoming of the project and the challenges shall also be discussed and any Solutions be proposed. The committee will continue meeting regularly to ensure that all the holes in the project implementation as cemented and all the shortcomings are solved.
