Teacher leaders have a duty of ensuring that activities are running smoothly in the learning environment. The educators’ leaders have to undertake developmental programs so that they can improve the quality of their administration and handle different responses to instructions in their environment (Teaching Channel, 2018). The leaders have to learn how to implement constructivist in the environment “classrooms feature active, social, and creative learning, different kinds of knowledge” to ensure that needs of students are met (Perkins, 1999). The teacher leader has to learn how to incorporate the needs of the school in their leadership, the administrative and learning needs.
The quality of administration is determined by the career foundation. Teacher leaders should have a strong career foundation as that is considered as the right start. It will help in high-quality preparation and measure the effectiveness of the teacher, and that will determine how they will handle the working environment problems (Darling-Hammond, 2012). An effective leader should be able to understand their environment as that will help in developing the instructional strategies that should be used (Connors, 2018). The instructional strategies will help in differentiating instructions in the learning environment. Instructions differ, and if they are not addressed effectively, it affects how the school operates.

The teacher leader requires the collaborating with other educators for the administration to be of high-quality. A good leader listens to the ideas and opinions of the followers, and that helps in making informed decisions (Sprouse, 2016). There are lots of decisions to make in a school environment from the curriculum, addressing the needs of the students with their differences, and ensuring that the teachers are trained and motivated. These duties would be done effectively with help from others, and that improves administration.
