Several physical elements can enhance students understanding of the concept of mathematics. One of the physical elements added to the classroom is the cubes. Cubes are traditional physical elements that aim an increasing the summation and subtraction skills of the students. Another physical element in the classroom is the graphs. The graph element is modern, and they assist in enhancing the interpretation skills of the children. Paper and pencil are the other two most crucial physical tools. Paper and pencil aim ate practically putting the level of understanding of the child in a test. The skills for computing for the students are weighed, and the element acts as support memory for the child so that they don't easily forget what they are taught. The physical tools are handy in enhancing the students' mathematical skills but are not effective when used alone. There is a need to incorporate the visual elements to increase the child's conceptual knowledge. For instance, consider having dices and spinners in supporting elementary school students. The tool will make the learners better understand probability distribution and understanding of the central tendency.

Mathematical instructions can be given through the use of charts. Charts are tools that a teacher can use for elaboration. The charts need to be several in numbers. For instance, which aims to show the students how to do a summation or subtraction, the first chart will describe all the symbols. The second chart will be on how to place the symbols, and the last chart will be on how to add or subtract. One hour for each day will be spent on giving direct instructions. The time stipulates for direct instructions is long. There is a need to ensure that the students have clearly understood the instructions before being left alone to carry out mathematical tasks. Another one hour will be spent on guided practice. The guided practice's role will be to ensure that the students can articulate and are conversant with the previous hour's instructions. Two hours will be allocated for independent practice on math. The time is long since they are likely to take their time and be slow in their first session. However, the time will reduce after several days as the students will not be conversant with the rules.

The total amount of time spent teaching mathematics daily is 4 hours. The four hours will not be continuous as the learners will need a break to digest the previous sessions' content before proceeding. Formative assessment will be vital in measuring the development and improvement of an ongoing process. Summative assessment, on the other hand, will measure the overall outcomes of the process. Informative assessment of the goals will measure if the students can carry out the activities in each hour of teaching mathematics. In the summative assessment, the aim will be to measure if the overall goal at the end of the day has been achieved. For instance, the aim is to teach the student's multiplication formative assessment to focus on if the students understand the sigh of multiplication and how to use it. The summative assessment will measure if all the students can do a multiplication quiz independently. The parent will play the role of being the support system. When the students are given the assignment to complete at home, parents should assist them and report any challenges they note in the students to the teacher.
