In this discussion, we are going to analyze the Neal Faustian artifact. We will discuss the different principles and elements of art. The Neal Paulista has a three dimensional the colorless glass holding on the white semispherical object which can attain the width length and height making it a three-dimensional figure. Shape or form the perceived volume of the artifact is abstract. The shape is indefinite this is because it includes a base which is a parallelogram an interconnection of an indefinite glass and a semi-spherical shape. Color the general color of the artifact of the upper top is white its interconnection is a long colorless glass, and at the base, the color is grey and brown and a combination of rusty brown. Space the space in this is a definite space it is in between the bottom and the upper semispherical part. Texture this is how something feels when one touches it. The texture, in this case, is variant with the different regions of the art.

Though smooth the upper part is also slightly bumpy. The glass interconnection is smooth and precise while the base is hard and rough. Value the lightness or darkness in color. The variance in the values of the color density is called the contrast while the upper and middle in this art is very bright as it consists of white and colorless colors the based is quite dull.

Principles are used to describe arts and also how the artist has applied various medium to achieve their art. some of them are as discussed. Unity /harmony this is the central aspect of attaining visual unity in an art.it shows the consistency and continuity in the art. it indicates various mediums used to captivate the observer’s attention. Its perspective is the distance between the head and the base of the art. The artifact lacks similarity and rhythm. Balance this is the equalization of the tension and the equilibrium, this artifact has asymmetrical balance this is because it requires an exact size that could draw a line of symmetry. Hierarchy this the element that leads the observer through the various components in order of their significance. Scale and proportion the art is real, so the scale has been used to make lit smaller or bigger the object is relatively of medium size. Dominance and emphasis this is generated by the ability to alter the size, positioning style or shape.

The dominance in this art is at the glass that is the interconnection between the upper top and the base. This provides the focal point of the whole thing. The contrast in color is focused on the upper part which is bright and very visible the vase part has received little or no attention the colors are variant and lack harmony. Similarity and contrast this art is uneventful since there is none consistency in the work there is no similarity between the top and the bottom. The similar environment this the building of a unique internal organization structure. The art lacks the same format method. It has a standard style. Space is empty this is because the central part of it is almost empty only the base and the top is fully covered. The position is off center this is because it does not process symmetrical focal point. Its form is quite complicated because the interconnection between the base and the top is quite light and of very variant shape compared to other parts. The direction is stability because the artifact is only at one location hence cannot be moved. The structure is organized this is because the pieces are well assembled to form the final product. The size is medium this is because there is no use of scale in the making of the art.

The density of the artifact is opaque and transparent. The upper and lower parts are opaque while the middle interconnecting is transparent. The art is stable since with no support its ability to stand without falling to either side. It is quite heavy this is due to the materials used to construct it which involves steel which is a high-density metal. The art is very accessible since its simple in structure hence easy to comprehend. It is also aesthetic this is because it is authentic it is very original and creative. Its view brings about curiosity to understand its structure and how the glass withholds the weight of the upper part without breaking. It’s very artistic since the ability to get the equilibrium of an indefinite shape is hard to attain, but the artisan accomplished it. The art is also baroque it has a very detailed style of art. It originality has been maintained since there is only one of its kind. It is a camp this is because it is unique and does not follow the apparent order of making arts. The art is also evocative the site of it makes one wonder and hence increases curiosity to try and understand about it. It is also figurative, and it represents a certain community or a certain story its natural appearance is different from its actual meaning it tells a story.

The focal point of the whole art has been based on the glass that interconnects the steel and the upper part of the art. The ability used to enable it to handle the weight of the steel and the upper portion without breaking.
