The three artworks and sculptures from archaic classical and Hellenistic periods demonstrate similarities in themes and styles. They display these of war and religion through the artwork of gods and spiritual forms. They all produced sculptures and artwork in ceramics that showed their involvement in war and political influence (Stokstad& Cothren, 2014). The buildings they constructed exhibited design inspirations that are creative and thoughtful aiming at impressing the viewers with unique artwork. They are however different in their display of designs (Stokstad& Cothren, 2014). They derived inspirations from human interactions and exchange of ceramics. The classical period main features were humanism rationalism and idealism and took place while the Greeks defeat Persians in a decisive victory as a revenge of past differences. The Hellenistic introduced new experimental sculptural styles that consisted figures made of bronze. Their artwork displayed patterns as opposed to applied decorations (Smith & Plantzos, 2012). Hellenistic period replaced the classical period of smooth surfaces with dramatic forms that were deeply undercut in high relief.
