It allows individuals to minimize on consumption of canned foods and focus more on fresh and natural food stuffs that are healthy to the body. Examples of fresh and natural food stuffs that it is recommended include fruit juice, eating more vegetables, fruit and many other health products. Food movement helps individuals to recognize that their health is a priority as well as that of their family ( Hayes-Conroy, 2016). Therefore, changing from artificial food products to natural is a win for public health because healthy is safer, whole, and pure.
