The ecology of human resources in an organization points to the policies, processes and the specific values that lead to the openness of a human resource system in a given company. The ecology of human resource management also points to the response of an organization to any perceived threats. Ecology has been said to have an effect on the home remodeling sector in the various parts of the world. The home remodeling industry involves the additions, changes, reconstruction, and the maintenance work in the multiple buildings constructed. The sector also comprises of the general contractors and the operative remodelers who help the industry achieve its goals and objectives. The remodeling industry also involves the construction project management companies and their duties. Ecology has played a fundamental role in the home remodeling industry with a fundamental approach to the creation and the advocacy of the policies that are meant to advance the human resource management in such organizations. Such plans, for example, may include the hiring and firing requirements that are usually different in the various seasons and job groups. Ecology has also both positively and negatively affected the human resources processes that have been taking place at the organizational level. As such, the significance of ecology on human resources has been stated as having various advantages to the human resource management practices. Notably, the presence of ecology in the human resource department has been attributed to the reduction in the threats facing the human resource management practices and the subsequent research on the solutions facing the organizations. The development of a system of core values is equality inherent to the excellent performance of the organization. Therefore, the cultivation of an ecological perspective to the values maintained in an organization upholds the respect and the observance of the core values in the organization. On the other hand, the ecology could negatively affect the human resources by having confusion in the organizational processes.
