Digital life has led to the division of the attention that affects the social life of an individual. The conversion that happens physically is left to be light as individuals are not their digital gadgets and they only chip into the conversations at different times. Digital has hurt the social life as it has led to individuals drifting away from having a natural conversation to another world of their phones (Turkle, 2015) . The digital life changes the connection between human lives as individuals always find ways around a discussion. This leads to a lack of eye contact on individuals during conversations, no comprehension of postures, comfort, and tones which lead to knowing an individual less. The digital life is psychologically potent devices that change who we are and what we do (Turkle, 2015)

Digital life allows for the brain to get more knowledge as it gives access to unlimited information. It also leads to compulsiveness as the digital life gives an own curiosity to know more and know what is happening around (Carr, 2015) . It leads to an individual looking mostly at their hones trying to look for information to try and cure the curiosity. Digital life creates a distracted brain as the individual has to optimize the mind to live up to the technology that is around. The brain adapts to the new technology which will lead to the mind having two memory sides. The sides of the brain consist of the working memory and the long-term memory which has the largest share of the memory which enables knowledge to connect. The digital life breaks the consolidation process due to the overload of information got from the digital gadgets. The digital life inhibits the individuals influence the way we think as an individual cannot use their brain to think deep and critically which are the highest forms of thinking (Carr, 2015)
