With the incorporation of new technology in the education sector, the learning process will be smoother and more efficient. This will help solve the problem of poor performance, which has been on the rise over time. It can be attributed to inadequate comprehension of content and lack of interest in the learning process. This is because learners enjoy when they are actively involved, as it improves their concentration. Embracing instructional technology would offer a perfect solution to this problem, as it would develop better ways of ensuring student involvement in the learning process. As learners are the primary target audience, they will be actively involved in assessing its success.
The main goal of embracing instructional technology is to improve performance outcomes among learners. This will be done through development of charts and manuals, incorporation of practical sessions in the curriculum and adoption of visual aids to facilitate understanding. With the help of other teachers, we will develop the manuals and buy computers, modeling tools and writing equipment to enhance this process. Since learners understand the use of charts and manuals, I will train them on the use of visual aids and how to conduct practical lessons. After the instructional technology is fully integrated into the learning process, tests will be administered to all learners to determine outcomes.

The implementation of instructional materials led to better performance outcomes. Through this, I learnt that concentration increases when learners are actively involved in the learning process. Additionally, learners understand contents better when visual aids are employed. Instructional materials are therefore, critical tools that should be adopted in all learning institutions, as they promote an enabling learning environment, which boosts academic achievement. This information will be of great use in my everyday life, as I will be able to handle challenges encountered by the learners effectively.
