The growing of international impact by businesses or international organizations to facilitate their operations globally is known as globalization. Concerning this, organizations operating internationally across diverse legal structures have given rise to different positive and negative effects. Such implications include the promotion of prosperity internationally, global stability, worldwide peace, and democracy. On the negative side, it has resulted in increased poverty and mismanagement of the environment.

There have been ethical issues arising from globalization. They include abuse of labor standards and cultural colonization (Hill, 2015) . International law principles assert that organizations respect the culture and traditions of the communities where they run, but unfortunately, due to some reasons, these laws have been violated. Violation of labor standards especially child labor which is illegal and deplorable has been another critical ethical issue which is quite common in developing countries (Papastephanou, 2005) .

Globalization has contributed to these ethical dilemmas as it has paved the way for cultural colonization and has led to the loss of self and group identity. It has negatively resulted in the promotion of consumer culture and the loss of societal values through multinational institutions' influence (Hill, 2015) . Additionally, globalization is to blame for poor and stagnant wages of workers internationally. It has also increased inequality in domestic income for many countries worldwide.

To reduce culture colonization, international organizations should try as much as possible not to interfere with the communities’ traditions and to sustain the immediate society's morals. Policymakers should also aid employees in adjusting to the amendments made internationally instead of positing protectionist standards to curb the problem of labor standards and income inequality.
