Gulf is a small sea which is declining as a result of poor prognosis which is coming from the mass production of natural resources. The continuing ecosystem damage in Gulf Sea has been addressed by comparing and contrasting environmental and monetary compensation. The articles describe the financial claims on oil spills by the International Oil Pollution Compensation Conventions. Lastly, the article provides analysis of various compensatory projects such as environmental projects and direct oil spill remediation (Donlan, et al. 2012). However, the article seems to be ineffective as it does not indicate how unsustainable and unpredictable funding affected the restoration projects. Further, authors did not show the effort of the Congress which plays a critical role in Gulf environmental restoration.

The authors seem to be incredible for not considering the Environment Impact Assessment Review. EIA review protects the global audience against the future impact of the proposed actions by the environmental article authors. Thus, authors could have indicated social, risk, health as well as human rights impact from the Gulf restoration. EIA review requires the environmental articles to make contributions which are innovative, coherent and in consultation with an advisory board which is international.

In situations where the readers accept the manuscript of Author, their studies are given priority compared to laboratory studies. Further, the authors’ articles are published at a nominal processing fee. Thus, the author does not incur any publishing cost.

The authors have clearly stipulated the evidence of the Gulf state filing suit on companies such as BP involving the spill. The website demonstrates how the new restoration of Gulf opens new opportunity of directing funds to the region. Solid evidence indicates that about 80% imposed penalties of the Clean Water Act support the region restoration.

In this case, the emotions of the readers are not manipulated by the authors. The article is advocating for the protection levels of various coastal as well as the marine ecosystem. Further, it recommends an expansion in regional protected areas. In conclusion, it essential for the environmental research authors such as Gulf restoration to observe EIA review to ensure it meets the requirement of the international advisory board.
