Many people around the world have benefited from globalization. It has impacted various sectors of the economy including trade as well as the movements of people around the world. However, it is indicated that such trading activities and the movement of people have had a negative impact on the public health. One of the negative impacts is the fact that it has ruled to the increase of spreading communicable diseases. Based on that, it is advisable that various steps need to be taken to reduce such negative impacts due to the movement of people, food, and manufactured goods. One of the steps that should be taken is to conduct a thorough checkup for people who are traveling to other countries. Since most of this disease is combinable, it will ensure that sick people are not allowed to travel to other destination until they get well. Some of the goods and services sold to the people might also be contaminated with certain particles that will result to spread of such diseases. In that case, the government should take another step of ensuring that any good received in the country and tested and it safe for human consumptions. Malaria is one of the most dangerous diseases that have resulted in the death of millions of people around the world. One of how the increase of malaria has increased it because some of the mosquitoes that carry the disease can be inside a plane that is flying to another country. The mosquitoes can then bite people who are inside that plane in which they will contract the diseases. In that light, one of the measures that can be put in place is to through spraying ant-mosquito repellant in such planes before allowing people to board that flight.

The spread of foodborne-illness has been on the increase across the world. This is attributed to the reluctantly of the governments in try to verify the type of fo0d products imported in the country. One of the reasons that many people prefer imported food products is due to their cost. Some of the food products are very cheap in which many people in the country would prefer compared to the local products which are expensive. As much as the government might try to discourage such type of food products from entering the country, the people are likely to protest due to its affordability. One of the measures is for the government to subsidies most of the local food products to prevent the people from buying some of those imports which might lead to the spread of foodborne illness. Another measure is through banning any food that is found not suitable for the public.

Genetically modified organisms (GMO) have taken the food industry by storm. It is certain that the benefits outweigh the costs of producing food in this manner. Many people argue that such types of food products are not healthy for people since they can result in certain kinds of diseases. However, such aspect has not been proved. I believe that GMO hand benefited the food industry in significant ways. First, it has led to the in case of food rate in the county in which many people could be able to access it. Also, it has resulted in the reduced prices of food commodities around the world.
