Ultimately, good mental health fosters excellent relationships and helps people adapt to changing lifestyles. While dealing with mental health, people fail to understand that it impacts them differently. Therefore, once individuals notice any changes that affect their emotions, behaviors, and relationships, they should immediately seek mental health support.
