Leadership involves demanding roles and responsibilities that require leaders to have comprehensive plans to manage their organizations. Among the factors that leaders must consider is the plan to hire the right people who have the appropriate knowledge needed in various departments of the organization. Specifically, leaders need to outline the various qualifications and skills that they need from employees to enable prospective candidates to apply. The plan should also include the process of inviting shortlisted candidates for interview to determine the qualified candidates. The hiring plan should be preceded by training the new employees in their respective areas of duty to equip them for the tasks ahead. 

Consequently, leadership demand specific skills that individuals apply in the daily management of their organizations. Despite the presence of many leadership styles, Zarhin (2018) explains that individuals should apply only a specific skill that corresponds to their organization’s design. For instance, consultation is a leadership style that leaders embrace in managing their organizations. Specifically, consultation involves discussing with other leaders and employees in the organization about various decision that a leader wants to apply to get their opinions and ideas before executing the plan. Consultation is a competent leadership style enables leaders to get ideas from other members of the organization to boost their plans. The style also enables leaders to understand the risks that might affect their organizations in order to act appropriately.

For appropriate management, leaders need to instil a culture that resonates with the organization’s activities to shape the employees' behaviours and build its reputation according to the operations. Specifically, leaders need to consider their organizations' activities and target customer as a means of creating an appropriate organizational culture. Further, determining the organization’s goals and objectives is a competent strategy of creating a great culture concerning its responsibilities in a specific society and to the clients. Leaders can also create a great culture by interviewing their clients to determine their perceptions concerning the organization’s responsibilities and achievements in the specific society and the nation as a whole. Further, Jungert, Schreurs, and Osterman (2018) explain that leaders can create a great culture by determining their customers’ response concerning the organization's services to instil a culture that resonate with the company. 

Further, setting organizational objectives is an important factor that leaders must consider to ascertain their prosperity. In particular, leaders need to determine objectives that align with their organization’s goals to achieve success in their operations. For instance, an organizational objective such as ensuring excellent customer success is an important one that leaders must consider to achieve success as far as customer satisfaction is concerned. Consequently, Ahmad, Shamsuddin, Seman (2018) explain that attaining sustainable growth is an important leadership objective that leaders must consider to ensure that their organization is operating according to plans. Dealing with change is also an important leadership objective that leaders should embrace to curb challenges that prevail in the business platform. Additionally, staying ahead of the competition is a crucial business objective that must be embraced to ensure organizations maintain competitive advantage in the specific market of operation. 

Leaders rely on various ethical theories to overcome challenges that threaten their organization’s success. Majorly, ethical theories enable leaders to acquire specific skills that are important in understanding challenges encountering an organization and remedying them appropriately. In particular, rational decision-making theory is an important ethical model that leaders should manipulate to understand challenges that happen in their organizations and remedy them appropriately. For instance, the rational decision-making model enables leaders to determine all the circumstances surrounding the problem such as the causes as well as strategies to be employed to prevent such occurrences in the future. The model also enables leaders to consult with their juniors and other stakeholders in the organization before making the final decision to remedy a problem within or outside the company. 

Subsequently, leaders need to apply an effective framework to enable them to manage their organizations effectively. Specifically, Eva, Sendjaya, Prajogo, Cavanagh and Robin (2018) explain that leadership framework refers to knowledge that they have concerning their operations and the decisions that he/she should apply to ensure the success of the organization. Among the prominent leadership framework that leaders apply, include guiding the employees to ensure that all of them are committed to the company’s goals. Leaders can manipulate the framework of guiding their employees by providing a safe working condition to enable them to execute their duties appropriately. Additionally, creating effective roles and assigning them to responsible people is crucial in helping leaders in managing their companies appropriately as far as leading employee’s framework is concerned. Further, leaders can apply the framework of leading employees by building teamwork to enable the workers to collaborate in various confines of the organization’s activities. 

Leaders also need to determine various models of motivating their employees to ensure that they are committed in their specific responsibilities. In particular, motivation is an appropriate strategy that enables employees to deliver the best in their organizations to because their efforts are recognized within the company. In particular, employing motivation models such as commending the good work by an employee before his/her colleagues is a competent means of increasing their commitment to the organization’s goals in their respective areas of work. Additionally, applying motivation models such as rewards by goodies or money is an appropriate means of appreciating the employees to continue delivering their best in their company according to their expertise in the specific departments. Further, applying motivation models such as the promotion of worthy employees is a strategy that leaders must embrace to ascertain their employee’s commitment at work. 

Majorly, leaders also need to have human capital plans to run their organizations according to their goals and objectives. Specifically, human capital refers to knowledge, behaviours and personality attributes that individuals require to perform appropriately in the economic platform. Leaders need to organize their human capital by training their employees to ensure that they are equipped with sufficient knowledge according to their responsibilities. Additionally, leaders should instil recommended behaviours in their employees by encouraging social activities to help them familiarize with each other to avoid unwanted behaviours at work as far as human capital is concerned. 

Additionally, leaders need to have a competent resource strategy to enable them to generate enough funds to manage their operations. Specifically, leaders can manage their resource strategy by seeking for investors who are willing to pump their funds into the organizations' operations to benefit as well as help the organization manage its monetary challenges. The investors are competent in enabling the organization to access ready funds to improve their operations. Additionally, the leaders should guarantee their resource strategy by seeking loans from banks to enable them to manage their activities. Specifically, loans are appropriate avenues of accessing ready funds to finance new projects and support stalled ones. 

Despite the competence and various factors surrounding management, leaders should have an overall leadership strategy that enables them to remedy various challenges affecting them. Notably, overall leadership strategies enable leaders to apply decisions that have failed in other confines of leadership. Majorly, leaders need to apply consultation as an overall strategy to enable them to remedy various challenges in their organizations. Specifically, consultation enables leaders to discuss with their employees about the challenges affecting their organization to determine the workable solutions. Additionally, the overall leadership strategy is crucial for allowing leaders to get the opinions of their fellow leaders and staff in the organization when encountering challenges at work. Further, the leadership strategy enables leaders to apply temporary decisions as they work on the best strategies of remedying the problems.
