To seriously select and execute interventions to attain objectives and improve capacities for her clients, Jennifer gathered and interpreted data. The data was critical in determining the client's problems, strengths, goals, and objectives. This allowed her to formulate an intervention plan for the client. She could have additionally spoken directly with the client to get her view on what options would work for her.

Jennifer applied the understanding of human conduct and the social setting, person-in-setting, and additional multidisciplinary hypothetical contexts in interpositions with her clients by studying the Korean culture. Jennifer used the inter-professional alliance to attain valuable practice results by working with the client's family and close friends. This gives her room to incorporate her professional strength with the prevailing social conditions.

Jennifer negotiated, meditated, and advocated for her clients by studying their culture. This allowed her enough grounds to understand the concept sought after by the client. Gaining a client's more in-depth knowledge is essential in advocating for them. She could have, however, given the client more options to choose from by enlightening them of the available options.

Some of the steps Jennifer could take to facilitate transitions and endings better include applying Bridges' Transitional Model. This is essential in managing the new beginning stage of the development. This includes setting up measures to guide the client on sustaining the organizational change applied.

When the social environment shows resistance, it could negatively affect the client's decision to go through the change.

The role assumed by social workers that is the most consistent with my strengths is the role of the advocate. This is because guiding parties through change is the most critical aspect of change management.

When comparing the best practices presented in the multimedia scenario with my field experience, it is correct to point out that the social environment should be aligned with the need for change. Unless this is done, they could show resistance, which could negatively affect the client's decision regarding the change.
