Stress is an emotional pressure suffered by humans caused by the reaction of the body systems towards life experiences. In one research, which was aimed at establishing the relationship between coronary heart disease to positive feelings of the body such as enthusiasm, it is reported that, there is a significant decrease by 22 percent of getting heart diseases when an individual lives a stress free life. In this regard therefore, stress increases the rate of occurrence of heart diseases (Martin, 2017) . Also, evolutionary theory indicates that, the human body has not evolved to deal with the contemporary stresses of life. Studies shows that the human DNA undergoes very minimal changes approximately 0.1 percent in ten millennium. Besides, over the past century, humans have experienced an increase in new and strange stress stimuli making the brain malfunction (Allen, 1999) .

In addition, the number of people that suffer severe health infections caused by stress is approximated as 40 percent of the total world population. Almost 80 percent of people who visit doctors for consultation and counselling programs are due to stress related conditions (Martin, 2017) . Most of the deadly ailments in the world such as hypertension, heart diseases, asthma and diabetes are stress related. Most health organizations have declared stress a hazard and has been prioritized for constant review. The above mentioned findings raises concern about stress on humans and thus a major hazard to be prioritized by psychologist.
Discussion
Stress affects almost all organs of the body. In the stomach, it adversely affects the digestive system leading to stomachache and nausea leading to tummy troubles. Stress affects the reproductive systems by causing low sex drives (Richard, 2004) . This is brought about by fatigue leading to low libido. Also, leads to tensing of muscles which result into chronic stresses, headache and back aches (Martin, 2017) . Besides, the stress hormones tightens body blood vessels which as a result results into hypertension. Stress is believed to have a contribution towards the two types of diabetes; mellitus and insipidus. Stress stimulates the liver to release extra sugar or glucose in the blood stream, which depending on the body sugar levels risks an individual for the two types of diabetes (Allen, 1999) . Continued stress conditions weakens the immune system of the body, leaving an individual defense less and thus vulnerable to various infections. Besides, stress makes it difficult for people to fall and stay asleep thus leads to insomnia (Richard, 2004) .
In the brain, stress causes increased depression and headaches. Chronical stress can wear an individual emotionally and cause depression and triggers an intense brain tension which results to headache (Allen, 1999) . Stress cause an increase in production of stomach acid, which leads to heartburn and sometimes becomes life threatening. Also, stress results into rapid breathing, the muscles that help I breathing tense up, which can leave you short pf breath. The most critical and dangerous effect of stress is the risk of a heart attack. Over time, an increased heart rate and high blood pressure damage human arteries, which could lead to heart attack (Richard, 2004) .
Limitations of study
Various people undergo different stress-inducing conditions and the outward expression differs from person to person thus it is inaccurate to impose or generalize a research on a few people on the entire world population. Also, stress is an emotional condition and sometimes becomes challenging to establish accurate result, thus generalization is inaccurate (Allen, 1999) . With the evolutionary world and consistently changing environmental pressures, the conditions explained above, are caused by a host of factors and therefore attributing them to stress alone is not accurate (Martin, 2017) .
Conclusions and Future Study
Many environmental experiences causes stress, and different people suffer stress from time to time. Stress causes a host of human problems some of which has lead the high rate of mortality and morbidity. Therefore it is important that health organizations intensify a study on better and effective stress management programs to counter these effects. Otherwise, these conditions will continue haunting humanity.
