Karl Marx was a political philosopher and founder of Marxism. It is argued that Marxism gave rise to communism. Marx carried out an analysis of how capitalism affects the working class, economic, and political developments (Janse, 2019). It was a socialist movement that had regard for the elimination of private dominance of the economy. He was opposed to capitalism; thus, he thought his ideology would be more favorable.

Marxism is a political theory that postulates that a struggle in the economic class causes change. Marx argues that economics in the world is dominant; hence, it propels change. According to Marx, one social class is involved in oppressing the other. With time, the oppressed class overthrows the oppressor class, leading to the formation of new social structures (Grimsley, 2018). In this regard, he predicted that the working class would soon revolt and overthrow the capitalists who were oppressing the working class and enjoying profits. He believed that a profit-driven economy does not care about its citizens.

The primary political system by Karl Marx is based on a classless society. In this case, the oppression imposed by one class on the other is eliminated. He believes that economics is the central aspect to drive for the political system. He believed that justice and the ultimate end to human misery are achieved through the reorganizing of economic relationships. His theory of transforming humanity was through the creation of classless societies (Magstadt, 2015, p. 58). He had the aim of correcting the inequality in the production and distribution of human material necessities.

The classless society was predicted to come after the fall of the capitalist government. Marx says that in a classless society, an individual could not be inclined to a specific sphere. Instead, he would get involved in multiple activities without restriction. The community was to be comprised of loyal and devoted friends, which was the basis of the communist government. The classless society was presumed to bring freedom to use resources and capabilities (Magstadt, 2015, p. 59). Moreover, there would be more crime, but an increased level of brotherhood due to the absence of social classes.
