One of the challenges that I have faced in my life is trauma. Trauma is one of the problems that I would not like to meet or even like to hear any experience as it almost caused me to develop health challenges. Trauma comes over as an overwhelming experiencing that come and altered my beliefs and experience as a young person. Many problems are associated with trauma, whereby I experienced a number of them.
While undergoing through the experience, I used to experience night terrors, poor concentration in whatever that I did and a lot of mood swings in whatever that I did. Since I would not concentrate, I was unable to deal with some of the chores that I was supposed to do. The problem led to the deterioration of my health conditions which in one way or the other led to a decline in my studies. Anxiety and fear manifested in my daily life as I also used to experience respond with emotions reactions with when I was engaging with other people.

There is much strength that is associated with trauma specialization. One of the reasons why I was involved in trauma specialization is to help other people come out of the situation when they face such kind of challenges. Counselor is one part of earning skills in counseling which is the process of learning the necessary skills on how to meet these challenges. A counselor is a person who is trained to offer guidance on psychological problems. Counseling individuals helps to reduce the effects that are associated with trauma by giving them the necessary skills and advice that would help in avoiding this health problem.
