Globalization has made the world a better place, and therefore, it is a good thing. Globalization is where the organizations venture into foreign markets. Globalization has led to more opportunities have been created due to the enhanced economic collaborations. To be precise, the world is becoming richer through globalization. The underdeveloped countries have managed to gain access to the developed nations' markets. When products and goods are shipped from other nations, employment opportunities are created thus making people in that area to become richer. The businesses gain access to larger markets that fit their products and services thus making more profit. Globalization attracts foreign investors who bring development and create more opportunities for the local people. For example, most of the countries in Africa have partnered in a trade with European, American nations among others. The trade partnership and various opportunities lead to economic growth of African nations towards the standard level (Henry, 2018).

Globalization promotes global tolerance and understanding. Various groups of people are embracing global integration. For instance, organizations in the United States use the multinational concept to operate or run in other nations. On the other hand, people from other countries have gained access to the US market whereby they get opportunities such as employment. All the players in such interactions or relations have to develop a shared understanding of how global diversity operates. The various parties that are involved must be cohesive or in a good relationship which entails respecting other people’s cultures. It’s worth noting that globalization does not threaten culture in any way. With the help of globalization, it has become a common thing people sharing and learning the culture of others. This means that customs and traditions continue to grow as more people embrace them and at no point will they be nonexistent.
