Regardless of the nature of organization under consideration, human resources comfortably apply to all kinds of operational engagements of a firm. Human resource management commonly known as HRM has increasingly gained audience in the entire world more so in healthcare systems. When we look at consumables and physical capital, human resources are also a vital raw material to health care sector (Dyer, 1995). About the healthcare, those working as clinical, as well as those working as non-clinical members and that, engage in public health and individual intervention issues can be referred to as human resources.

The knowledge, skills, as well as the motivation of these staffs well known as human resources, are an ultimate reflection of the performance and benefits of the systems for delivery of health care. In early days, human resource sector was known by the name personnel department. In those days, this department was responsible for hiring staffs and dealt with the entire hiring processes and paperwork. With the advancement in technology and developments in industries, personnel department has been subdivided into human resource department as well as human resource management as these functions have changed over time. In conclusion, the HRM plays a vital role in the entire running of any business organization. For this reason, for a company to successfully realize its goals, it ought to have an outstanding HRM group and having this set the same firm will always reach its set targets on time.
