My greatest professional success was landing a new job at a local institution as a training counselor. As a result, my senior colleagues got enough time and flexibility to attend to other critical and urgent cases. Before my appointment, the institution’s workforce had been stretched. However, my appointment provided the institution with additional resource and thus could redirect its efforts to primary responsibilities. Further, I was able to inform my colleagues on the new trends in psychology and their application as proffered by the current school curriculum.
To this end, the scholarship is a great learning and career-shaping opportunity, and I look forward to beginning my educational journey at Capella.
