According to the activities done in time one and those at time two, I feel like I have not been using time effectively, and many changes are needed in the daily routines. For instance, I need to find more resting time for myself by getting at least 7 hours of sleep every night. Therefore, based on the lessons learnt in college, I need to reduce the hours spent on distractions, family care, and planning. To manage my time well, I will make a to-do list where I will list the main priorities of the tasks I am required to do during the day. Also, having a set of goals is essential to reward the duties according to their level of importance.

Consequently, it is essential to track my time on the set activities while preventing the possibility of multitasking due to the number of works present. Also, it is vital to minimize the distractions present while trying to reach the targeted duties while delegating duties that will enable me to have a good rest from all the duties done throughout the day. The substantial change that I am committed to making with my submission of the time management report part one is by reducing the amount of time spent on studies.

Finally, I was unable to make changes because my college schedule is rigorous successfully. After all, as a full-time student, I get lost in my studies which makes it challenging to organize and manage my time.
