The Workshop Design
The workshop design aimed at meeting the goals of the agency that is to conduct a background research on each of the achievements of the public health. That would have personnel coming from both outside, and inside the field, thus, a well-structured orientation program that contains ten greatest achievements of the public health would be suitable for the last century ( McKenzie.,et al 2008) . Including this in the program would enable the employees to develop a base competence of public health, therefore understanding the role that the public health plays in the society. The workshop program would also contain confidential requirements that included in the health services; this ensures full compliance with the set regulations including other functional responsibilities.
Also, the workshop would provide the employees with an opportunity to learn the necessary and scope of the of initiatives of public health and also to broaden their knowledge on the needs and challenges experienced in the field. The workshop would focus on hiring qualified workers for the public health agency generally; not just for the individual companies. This recruitment ensures that professionals absorbed into the field
