For every organization in the modern world, technology is a critical element that contributes to its performance. However, the success of technology application for any organization depends on how the organization uses it to deliver products or services to the customers. The implication is that both the organization staff and customer must understand the technology for the organization to benefit from its implementation. Therefore, the lack of proper implementation, monitoring, and controlling would lead to a situation where the technology becomes infective and would result in losses instead of the perceived benefits. Therefore, this project looks forward to bring to light transformational management of the information technology to highlighting the need to have transformational management to control IT for the organizational benefits.

Technology advancement brings a case where precision, quality, and the effectiveness of the organization's operations become better. In such cases, they tend to perform better ( Nguyen, Mia, Winata& Chong, 2017). Despite the attempt by a different organization to find the right way to implement technology, some company finds it challenging as they do not get the right way to control and monitor their IT, and this lead to failure. The failure occurs where the technology in place is not coherent with the existing technology. In some cases, the technology that these organizations implement may not match the ones that exist within their facility. The inability of the technology to be compatible with the existing technology on the organization can lead to its failure. On other occasions, the leadership and management is the problem. The culture of the inflexibility of the organization's leadership and management to adapt to the change leads to the unfortunate outcome of the technology project. In other cases, the goal of implementing the technology of not to serve the interest of the customers. Therefore, it leads to the failure of the entire project.

Also, some of these projects management do not understand the need to better monitoring and control mechanism that could be critical in managing IT projects, and this lead to their failures. Therefore, this project aims to make it clear on the need to have a transformational approach to managing the IT project to achieve success. With transformational management of the organization’s IT project, the management must understand the goal of the company and communicate it to the stakeholders ( Baesens et al. ., 2016). Therefore, the management will first communicate to make the customers understand why they have implemented a change in technology and what they opt to achieve. In this manner, transformational change management for IT projects creates a situation where the customers understand the need for IT and how it will work to serve them better.

Inconclusion, the project aims to create an understanding of the best way the team in an organization can use transformational change management for their IT project. With Transformational change, the team can understand the need of the customers and integrate them during the management so that the results suit the customers' demands. With transformational change management for the IT, the team can have proper monitoring and control of the IT project. In the end, the organization gets the desired results that match the goals and the customers’ needs in their IT project when the team uses a transformation approach to managing change.
