One of the transformations that I have to undertake in life relates to how I have been spending my time. This was prompted by the fact that I was procrastinating things all the time until some of them went unattended missing on some of the crucial aspects in my life made me reevaluate myself and make changes to how I spend my time.
The first step of disorientation stage enabled me to identify the problem that I was facing. The next step was self-examination, which was unsettling; I was anxious about how I would make a change to my life. The critical assessment was the other step that I needed to follow. To complete this step, I engaged a life coach who looked at my schedule and provided me with the much-needed guidance ( Foote, 2015) . I could not have been able to conduct a critical assessment on myself based on the bias I have towards myself. The coach was very helpful in sharing transformational uncertainty, which reassured me, that I was not alone in dealing with the issue of time management. The coach hinted that I could change and become successful in preventing procrastination.

The other step was exploring options that I could follow to make a change in my life in regards to time management. The best option was to ensure that I handled everything when it comes up and not wait until when it is too late ( Yukawa, 2015) . It was also important to commit to the course of action for me to be successful. In general, the steps started with psychological changes where I understand myself. It was also paramount to revise the belief systems that I had and finally make behavioral changes in my lifestyle.
