Welcome to my first blog post. My name is [insert name here], and I am incredibly excited to share with you my journey in graphic design! The number of ideas, how-to’s, as well as inspirations whirling around my head are ripe for harvest. I wanted to commence by giving you an account of why I started this blog, what my blog posts will be related to, and the general experience of my journey along the road of graphic design.
Ever since I developed an interest in graphic design and started created designs for fun, many of my family and friends were pleased with some of my work and would often ask for my services. Most of them would ask me, “why don’t you start a blog?!” and to be honest, up until a few months ago, I had no knowledge of what ‘blogging’ was and what a blog entailed. Besides, I never even used to click on links in blogs, and I often questioned why people would write blogs; I just saw it as a waste of time to even think about it. Boy, was I wrong! After undertaking much research and socializing with several bloggers along the way, who have provided tremendous support, I have never been more excited to start a new chapter in my life by blogging. The merits of blogging have finally dawned on me, and it is with my utmost pleasure that I welcome you to my blog!
