#1 Response

I loved your insights on feminism and the way it has positively impacted the rights of women, both past and present. I also believe that had the same momentum been kept since the 1920s, women would have achieved equity and equality faster. However, we cannot dwell on the past. At the moment, the biggest impediment to achieving equality is women as they do not support each other. If all women came together and supported the feminist movement in a positive light, more change can be achieved.

#2 Response

Just like you, I am passionate about women empowerment and the gains that the feminist movement has achieved to date. The movement has been instrumental in helping women achieve better pay, fight sexual harassment at the workplace, and overall enjoying better rights than before. While the struggle has taken long, it can become shorter if all women pulled their resources and supported each other. The older and younger generation of feminists can help advocate for the rights of women and ultimate achieve a society from stereotypes.
