Culture is an essential component of any organization. The culture in organizations enables organizations to achieve motivation. Culture can be defined as the values gathered by the organization over the years in the solution of its external and internal challenges. It is an organizational culture that determines how an organization carries out its activities and how it organizes itself (Kuppler et al., 2014) . How the organizational culture guides people in an organization relate. Many issues in organizations revolve around culture. The language in an organization determines the efficiency of the operations. Where organizations have a culture of polite communication, interaction among the members of the organization remains high, and people coexist peacefully. The values of the employee in an organization should correspond to the values of the organizations. People in organizations should strive to align their values to those of the organization to increase organizational efficiency and help towards the attainment of the organizational goals (Gordon, 2017) . People in an organization should possess the right attitude to allow them to interact effectively with colleagues, the organizational executives, and also the external shareholders. 

The staff in an organization keeps on changing from time to time. For the organization to maintain its cultures there is a need for the organizations to develop communication channels through which they communicate the organizational culture to the incoming new employees as well as the existing staff. Different organizations apply different communication techniques to pass on their culture to employees. During employee training sessions, the organizational trainers take time to teach the employees about the culture of the organization. Effective employees embrace the culture and incorporate it in executing the tasks assigned to them (Korte et al., 2007) . Employees must understand the culture of the organization during the start of their organizational career and improve learning as they progress (Schein, 2020) . The organizations utilize the existing employees to teach new workforce the organizational culture. The current existing staff has diverse information on the organizational culture and is utilized as a useful resource in passing in the culture. Communicating on the organizational culture helps to maintain the culture of the organization over many years.
