Effective employees embrace the culture and incorporate it in executing the tasks assigned to them (Korte et al., 2007) . Employees must understand the culture of the organization during the start of their organizational career and improve learning as they progress (Schein, 2020) . The organizations utilize the existing employees to teach new workforce the organizational culture. The current existing staff has diverse information on the organizational culture and is utilized as a useful resource in passing in the culture.
