Culture formation and transmission
The culture of an organization is created based on various elements such as demands of the industry, the preferences, and values of the founder, and goals. The values that are shared within an organization have a massive influence on the employees and dictates the way of doing things. Culture is transmitted through the actions of others and demonstrating the company’s expectations. It is transferred through how the existing employees react to the new employees’ activities and by pressuring them to adapt to the organizational culture (Bisin & Verdier, 2008).
Leader actions to develop and nurture a culture
The organizational culture is massively improved and influenced by leaders. The leaders ought to lead by example and be role model to others (Fawcett et al., 2008). The employees look up to the leaders, watch every move they make together with their actions. Ensures the employees are fully engaged in the company activities and also, they are fully aware of the organizational goals and vision. Leaders must work hard to gain the trust of the employees; it will be easier for them to adapt to the culture quickly.

Culture influence on behavior
Think of what happens when one is raised in a specific environment. It is clear that culture makes people unique and distinguishes people. People behave in a manner that is allowed and believed to be right in a particular culture. The behaviors are groomed to suit the trend in that particular society (Hellriegel & Slocum, 2010). For instance, in some cultures, there is no boundary for public interaction between men and women while others there is.

I learned my organization's culture through observation of the existing employees' actions and behaviors. I could also be guided by my supervisor on my roles and responsibilities, and I am expected to handle them. For example, I used to observe the employees' routine on a daily basis before I got used to it. Also, I could seek for clarification and consult with my manager when am a stack.
