Martin was renowned in the neighborhood for harassing and sexually assaulting girls and women during evening revelries. This was not the first time the police had been called to the house. This time, he had beaten up a bipolar patient unconscious. His friends said that he had tried to make sexual advances at Jemima who responded aggressively and violently towards his behavior.

Jack reported that Martin had made plans of sexually assaulting Jemima during the night. Martin conspired with some friends to make Jemima drink so much that she could not recognize herself. Unfortunately, Sarah did not prevent them from harming her friend. She seemed to enjoy the whole process as she saw Jemima get drunk and lose control of herself. Jemima was super drunk that she barely could stand up and walk. However, she kept shouting at the top of her voice and screaming like a lunatic. Martin knew it was time to make his move and approached her seductively. However, Jemima got irritated and responded by hitting him on the head.

Martin immediately stood up, removed his belt, and started beating her. His friends came downstairs to find out what the fuss and commotion were all about. At this point, Jemima lay unconscious on the floor. One of the boys remarked how beautiful she looked while sleeping. At this point, Martin decided to undress her and see how she looked. His friends cheered him into sexually molesting her and some other boys joined in. However, one of the boys got mad at their actions and called the police. What started as fun resulted in Jemima’s injuries caused by all the physical and sexual molestation. The police quickly whisked Martin away into the police station because this was not the first time they had arrested him for the same crime.
