Using the self-assessment and the experiences I have in the leadership area, I think the transformational leadership style is portrayed in me. For better understanding, leadership style is described as the relevant characteristics behaviors of a leader when giving proper directions, motivating, offering guidance, and also a managing group of individuals. Great leaders always tend to inspire societal, political movements, and bring social changes (Mughal & Kamal, 2018). I can confidently say I am a transformational leader because transformational leaders have been perceived to be intelligent emotionally, always energetic, and considered to be passionate. This kind of leader always helps their group members to fulfill their potential goals. This kind of leadership is compatible with the organization.

When making relevant changes in the organization, transformational leadership is the best leadership style considered to make these significant changes in an organization. Thus, this is the best style because the staff members are inspired by their leader through effective communication and proper collaboration, hence instigating the path to great success. Transformational leaders in an organization are considered to be blue-sky thinkers (Mughal & Kamal, 2018). Therefore, for successful implementation of an organization's strategic vision, it might require a leader that is oriented to details.

Television journalists are expected to behave in specific ways within their profession. Journalists' ethics and standards consist of principles of ethics and that of good practice that applies to journalism. Various codes of ethics may have some differences; some of the universal principles shared within the profession are fairness, truthfulness, being objective, impartiality, accuracy and credibility, and public accountability. These ethics apply when acquiring the worthiness of information and disseminating the news to the general public ("Good Journalist," 2018). Like many other ethical systems in various organizations, the ethics of television journalists comprise that of the principle of limitation to harm. This principle also applies to public relations professionals because they are a universal code of conduct.
