As the video starts, there is clear knowledge of what should do or what they want to do as video progresses. It is clearly evident that the attendants are striving to be courteous and portray kindness to the patients. As the video progresses, there is a clip showing how insurance companies need to provide their services to patients willing to “take advantage” of their services and products. Like they have stated in the video, it is evident that their system is run by private insurance companies. In that regard, the company offers the best services as compared to private individual companies (PBS, 2018). From that perspective, it is known that private insurance companies’ offers better products and services as compared to the traditional companies that provide similar packages that may not meet customer services’ needs.
Integrity and knowledge are a vital part of what makes up Medicare and a substantial part of insurance companies and the industry at large. It is through knowledge that people practice integrity by deciding what is right or wrong, creating the right principles, and being honest. Ethical communication is a part of what portrays integrity in business and organizational operations. On the other hand, effective communication occurs when people are whole or undivided implying that everything form of correspondence is synchronized among all stakeholders. Ethics are an important part of every procedure of business communication and supply chain management. From that point of view, every process used in business communication requires people to apply ethics ( Parboteeah & Cullen, 2019) . For instance, every department of an organization is required to demonstrate ethical methods of addressing all stakeholders be it suppliers, customers, management, and other external parties involved in the supply chain of the business. Thusly, the inclusion of ethics in the supply chain management is inevitable.
