Holmes, M. A. (2014). Advancing Women in Oceanography How NSF's ADVANCE Program Promotes Gender Equity in Academia.  Oceanography 27 (4), 30-38 .

The article by Mary Ann Holmes talks about the academic institution that women tend to experience even as they struggle to emerge victorious in society. It involves the lack of networks, key mentors, and individual advocates to enhance their operational tasks. The future research relayed in the entire scenario involves having an implicit bias education for the women age groups, the proper development of workshops, and the beneficial methods towards the stop tenure docks while at the education levels and specific career issues. The women of color's significant findings are the focus for transforming public expectations and critical thoughts concerning the women's colour. It majorly talks about the need to end all the forms of gender discrimination concerning the women based on their colour and appearance. Consequently, it effectively claims that it is not entirely relevant to discriminate against any woman regarding their field of occupation and even colour choice.

Cole, J. (1971). Black women in America: an annotated bibliography.  The Black Scholar,    3 (4), 42-53.

The article's concept covers how the revolutionary struggles have actively relayed the necessary details on African women's insight. It explains the maximum need to increase all the participation levels, and critical representation rates since women's fate is concerned. Future research should focus on a real positive change for women that entail sustainable and prosperous implications that impact all the barriers women face. They highly hinder women's roles in society. Therefore, it becomes inclusive of considering all the participation techniques for women's roles in the educational aspect. It considers the need for women to have a substantial appreciation, not considering their colour but rather focusing on the need to have an inclusive opportunity at all costs. The article's significant findings are on the need for all the women of colour found in the societal context to receive a transformation, making them productive in the future workplaces they may find.

Towns, M. (2010). Where Are the Women of Color? Data on African American, Hispanic, and Native American Faculty in STEM.  The journal of college science teaching, 39 , 8.

The article discusses the data found in the African American, the Hispanic, and Native American faculty for women's growth and development in the various STEM disciplines. It also analyzes all the themes and implications that result from the faculty of colour in women that surge in every preceding year. All the females who get employed in the higher occupations involve those found in the non-tenure tracks and all the part-time females in the doctoral positions. The authors tend to compile all the ideas and recommendations that support each framework on reducing the discriminations against women's colour. The future research information should focus on the core description of all ideas that seemingly cover all the current literature aspects, thus making it easier to address every situation. The significant findings are on the pre-college factors that deserve all the desired experiences to empower the women in the various education levels and every intensive field where they seek to operate.

Sang, K. J. (2018). Gender, ethnicity and feminism: An intersectional analysis of the lived experiences feminist academic women in UK higher education.  Journal of Gender Studies 27 (2), 192-206.

This article focuses on how women's academics have a commitment to social justice to navigate the rising managerial academy. It analyzes the themes of gender and ethnicity. The paper applied an intersectional criterion to understand the heterogeneity of women's experience in academia. From the study, five cohorts of focus have different academics revealed concerns of hampered progressions in a career due to being female. However, the study revealed that some ethnic marginalized academics were forced to make choice betwixt feminist identity or ethnicity. The study revealed that their feminist identity enhanced the provision of opportunities for challenging competitive practices for other women. However, the study concluded that heterogeneity of feminist experience in academics in academia is under-researched. As a result, the intersectionality lens helps in illuminating this.

Contradictory

Carter Andrews, D. J., Brown, T., Castro, E., & Id-Deen, E. (2019). The impossibility of being “perfect and White”: Black girls’ racialized and gendered schooling experiences.  American Educational Research Journal 56 (6), 2531-2572.

The article’s complexity talks about the various gender differences that exist in a society based on the various women's expectations for their colour. Most of the black girls tend to be Racialized and mistreated due to their colour and how they get to socialize with other people. They are often denied the chance of being free with other people and therefore isolated from the rest. The article has a contradictory effect since it is crucial that in science, the jobs found tend to appear demanding for women in various colours. Those who possess the demanded colour tend to receive the jobs quickly while the others end up jobless despite their prowess, skills and knowledge in the field. The general findings show that the women who have different colours lack the necessary support mostly in the tenure track positions, which helps reduce all the gender gaps that may be witnessed. Future research should focus on the fact that most of the single women eventually perform even better at the identified stages; thus, it improves all their academic job ladders beyond their entire protectorate years in the higher education periods.
