Introduction

The global women’s rights are fundamental rights channeled by the United Nations to advocate on the need to adhere to women’s basic human rights. This was done to ensure every woman across the world is treated fairly and indiscriminate upon basing from their gender. It is a desire to guide women globally on the aspect t of knowing and adhering to their rights. This will, in turn, affect how the communities; perceive women and girls. These rights majorly involve winning people's hearts and minds, change of laws and policies and most importantly investing highly in women's movements and organization.

Various groups have been established to work on maintaining these fundamental rights. Global recognition of these agencies is essential for the widespread creation of awareness. I will focus on two groups dealing with these rights, and they include the Global Fund for Women (GFW) and the Global Rights for Women (GRW).

The Global Fund for Women supports the tireless and fearless efforts drawn by groups of women who labor tirelessly day in day out to win the rights for girls and females. They try ensuring women own property, run for office, vote, are paid fair wages and live violence free lives. The types of violence this group is trying to eliminate are sexual assaults, domestic violence and other harmful practices that include female genital mutilation. These matters are the ones that scar and affect women and girls globally. With this, women are viewed as vulnerable and weak compared to the male species. This significantly affects the normal outstand of women thus equal grounds need to be created.

The Global women Fund intends to educate every girl and woman around the world on the realization ‘of their universal rights. With this, they corporate with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights which allows for them to stand for other important rights which may be vital in enhancing women’s equality globally. These fundamental rights include the right for women to decide on whether or not they intend to have children, and also if they require high-quality health care which means they will not die during pregnancy or the childbirth. It also stands against female genital mutilation (FGM) which is clearly a viio0lation of wo0men’s and girls’ right. It entails that FGM is completely eradicated globally. The organization. Stands for the right for women to live happily as intended while enjoying their lives.

The primary concern for GWF is to ensure women globally are free from discrimination regardless of their gender or identity. About this, it is speculated that women are equally as capable of any form of the task of the opposite sex. GWF supports two important documents essential for adherence of the rights of women and has been passed through by the UN declaration. These materials comprise The Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women which is a roundup of international bills of rights for women globally. This document requires that the government try to end gender discrimination and affirm to the fact that women’s inherent rights to offered health services will eventually include desired family planning.

Another document implemented by GWF Is the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action Pact which was adopted back in 1995 at United Nation's World Conference that was held in Beijing. This was majorly a rally outburst to embrace on gender equality and the global women rights in every life facets. With these documents, the Global Women Fund established its name as a firm hold in running ideas and the rights of women globally.

United Nations Millennium Development Goals went on ahead and set some specific goals that entailed on reduction p0f poverty which also included specific targets for an increase ion gender equality work, education, and representation of women. Today, the percentage of girls in school is still low though it had gradually been growing over the few years. Also, the number of women in leadership positions is still low. With these pestering challenges, another body supplements for it. It is the new Sustainable Development Goals which tries on advancing in women's rights with specific goals of gender equality. To ensure gender equality, certain matters need to be addressed, and these include violence, female genital mutilation, eliminating girl. Child marriage and administering constant access to their sexual and reproductive health.

There should be equal access to education for every woman and girl. Significant attention to be paid to ensuring women's economic opportunities constantly increase than stipulated before. Another specific goal is channeled towards ensuring that there is ‘paid care work on women and girls. This / entails that say when women work, their efforts are to be evaluated and standard pay on women and this right. Since the denial of women's rights is still highly pushed aside in various regions globally and at the same time a high rate of gender, discrimination still exists, it is essential in coming up together to form more severe aspects regarding care of women's rights.

GFW is trying to create the world where all women and children can realize and enjoy their rights. It forms a support basis for females to build shifts in power and change. True gender equality will only be achieved when women receive equal distribution and adherence to their specific women rights. Hence women should adhere to the fact that they need to take on roles of leadership and peacemaking roles with equal political voices.

In addition, Global Rights for Women is dedicated to the promotion of the rights of women’s with an aim or rather a goal of achieving an actual legal reforms. GRW ensures that legal, human rights are equally distributed upon every woman to protect them. It supplements women’s organizations by ensuring certain aspects are adhered to. It also plays important roles in maintaining gender equality and avoiding discrimination. It envisions the world where women's humanitarian rights to gender equality and freedom from violence are fully realized. This they intend to achieve through legal reforms and changes in the system.

The GRW influence law, practice and policy regarding the rights of women and violence towards women and girls globally majorly through writing, speaking, training g and many other forms of outreach to the intended parties. They play a significant role in assisting in the drafting of laws against violence on women. GRQW has established an interaction with local and international NGO’s, Intergovernmental organizations and government agencies sharing similar goals in the creation of equality in genders. They are responsible for responding to partner requests around the world where the reforms on women's legal rights and violence against women are future information which requires research and consultation.

GRW also provides sustainable training on violence against women for all legal professionals, advocates, and service providers. Goals for these training is to improve on the level of participants who will respond effectively to violence cases against women, prioritize on victim safety and the accountability of offenders. They strictly liaise with partners in monitoring implementation of laws, policies, and practices on violence against women globally. The main ambition is to achieve a global world where equality of women adheres, and their freedom achieved rather than restricting them.

Recent activities have speculated that many women are still being looked upon by men. It is thought that nearly about 38% of women that are murdered are presumably billed by their partners. Research shows that in 2101, almost half of the women killed by their partners or relatives compared to the 6% of men as reported by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime in 2014. Statistics also show that vast majority of women across the world still experience violence on the city streets with around 90% in Brazil, 85% in Thailand and about 80% in India. They all ended up reporting forms of harassments and abuse from their will.

Statistics also shows that a population of over 600 million women today got married off while still young and against their wishes and over 100 million of those were married while under 15 years of age. It is speculated that over 120 million girls globally have fallen victim to sexual harassments at particular points in their lives as reported by UNICEF in 2014. Another statistical data shows that around 200 million girls worldwide including women have both undergone female genital mutilation. A survey conducted by the European Union also demonstrated that about 35% of women with health problems and disabilities had experienced violence by their partner at certain periods in their lives compared to the 20% of women living without health problems as speculated by the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights in the year 2014.

With this, the Global Women’s Rights groups have enormous tasks in ensuring women's human rights are adhered to globally. It is essential to know that certain aspects might lead to countries not adhering to the Global Women’s Rights as stipulated. Therefore, strict measures should be laid in place for these enactments to take place.
