The paper adopts a tone that a jihadist terrorist would adopt in their perception of the US and its political significance. The plan to attack a major city in Pennsylvania is only fictional, but well informed from the jihadist doctrines taught to Al-Qaeda. The pledge to loyalty is an adoption of the Al-Qaeda training manual found online, and not designed from personal imagination.
The Loyalty Pledge
I pledge to Allah that I will make their women widows and their children orphans, to make them desire death and hate the appointments of prestige, to slaughter them like lambs and let the Nile, al-Asi, and Euphrates flow with their blood. I pledge to be a pick of destruction for each godless and apostate regime, and to retaliate for you sister in Syria, whose clothes the criminals stripped off, whose hair the oppressors shaved, whose body the human dogs abused, against every dog who touch you even with a bad word (Adopted from the US Department of Justice, n.d). I pledge to bring down the filthy USA, and their wretched dog, Trump. May Allah be with me and with you.

Acceptance of my Position as a critical Part of the Military Organization
You have taught me oh Osama bin Laden that a strong military of Allah must have three essential elements (Gunaratna, 2002). First, a military must have a commander of the military organization and the advisory council such as the one that you once headed-rest in peace. The second group is made of the soldiers, the staunch believers of the Holy War, the Jihad (Byman, 2015). Lastly, I know of the need to have a strong strategy that should be executed stepwise until the objective becomes manifest. I know I am a soldier, and I chose my strategy carefully and in obedience to the regulations of Al-Qaeda to kill as many infidels in Station Square as I can while the security officers will be busy languishing in immorality.
The Strategy
There is a need to acquire counterfeit documents and currency. The organization is responsible for providing the necessary fund that will help me endure the two months that I will take to complete the operation. First, I will divide the money to be used during the operation into two. The first one will be invested in a grocery business in the city center of Pennsylvania so that it can generate a continuous flow of income for the two months. I will keep the rest of the fund to spend when the operation materializes (Gunaratna, 2002). The details of the extra funds to be used during the operation will remain a high profile secrete, not even the organization members will know. I will further divide the reserve money into different portions, some I will bury in the backyard of the apartment that I will rent, some will be stuffed in a secrete part of the house, in the ceiling. Where possible, I will keep a little portion of the money with someone whom I will recruit in the city near my apartment to help me on surveying the area.
The organization shall also supply me with fake documentations required to enter the US such as passports, identity cards, record books, passports, and others. The fake documents will then be kept in safe places so that security systems will not be able to seize it. If such situations arise, then it will force the owner of the passport to negotiate its return through strong interrogations by the police, which is undesirable. I will falsify all the documents and take time to study the information related to the documents so that I do not cause identify confusion. For instance, there is a need to understand the name, place of residence, and occupation born on the false documentations (Gunaratna, 2002). In addition, the photographs borne on the false documents will be beardless, since most security systems have learned to identify such features with terrorist groups, I am not a terrorist, I am a worrier of Allah. There is a strong need to avoid having documents of US citizens since it will be difficult for me to learn the dialect of the natives and cause easy suspicion at the airport.
Once in Pennsylvania, I will rent an apartment at the River Vue Apartments, which is only a fourteen-minute drive from the target. I will the hide some of my operation money in it before proceeding with other operations. The proximity of the apartment to the target site is appropriate since the operation is not a large one, I will not need to hide large amounts of weapons and to hold secret meetings (US Department of Justice, n.d). I will also rent a room located on the ground floor so that I can have easy escape routes such as trenches and wall ladders in the event of a raid from the security officials. I will also reap open the house’s sewage system and use it to hide weapons as soon as I shall have acquired them. I will not communicate the location of the apartment to anyone, only the occupants will know of my presence within the compound. In addition, I will be on the lookout to provide any necessary cover for those that often come and go from the compound. The region does not have a large population of Muslim brothers, which is why I will try as much as possible to avoid a Muslim appearance only praying in secrete according to the prayer time schedules. I will also use this power to disguise as a non-Moslem to associate freely with the rest of the apartment occupants to avoid their suspicion (US Department of Justice, n.d). It is notable that the apartment is located only within a one-minute drive from Capitol Police Station, but it has ample escape routes.
The planned attack is a solo activity, and it will not involve much communication with people within the US. However, I will need to have an encrypted mobile phone with which I will communicate to the leaders of the organization concerning the levels of progress that I shall have attained. I will additionally not make any unnecessary calls such as during the night when the call centers in the US will be less busy. In fact, I will only allow the commander of the military organization to reach me since I work for him. I will not carry telephones with me since I will not require to have one. The next part of the plan will be to acquire a means of transport (US Department of Justice, n.d). First, I will use public transport for the first few days of the operation travelling to and from the city center in Pittsburg. The use of public transport means will allow me to study the way the police behave, how drivers within the city respond to traffic regulations, the busiest highways, lanes, and streets among others. I will use such times to learn of the busiest places in the city and the most comfortable means of transport. Thereafter, I will move to rented vehicles since purchasing one might attract unnecessary scrutiny from the security officials.
Information on the location and number of police stations is one of the most critical pieces of information required for this operation (US Department of Justice, n.d). Therefore, having learned to maneuver the city for about two weeks, I will acquire a bicycle since I have learned that cyclists are common within the city, and they do not attract unnecessary attention. I will use this bike to study the security systems within the city, including the locations of police stations. For example, I have learned that Capitol police station is among the more than ten police stations in the city, which makes requires the mission to be as secretive as possible ( Google Maps, 2017) . I will also use this time to learn the access routes to the target. For example, information on the location of the Station Square reveals that it is only accessible through crossing a river from the Pittsburg Central Business District. One can access the target through the Fort Pitt Blvd and Smithfield Street, for which they will drive only six minutes or use Smithfield Street Bridge, for which they will take seven minutes. The latter route is more preferred since it is always less congested ( Google Maps, 2017) . The plan further requires a study of the target site. First, there are no police checks at the entrance or near the target. The only fear is the presence of regular security checks at the entrance and the multiple surveillance cameras fitted and connected to the police command centers. The inside of the shopping mall has three floors, each with an ability to hold as many as 500 busy Americans whom I desire to kill in revenge of the Moslem brothers and sisters that their army has killed in Syria.
The security details of the target place mean that bombs will not be effective weapons of mass destruction. I will use bullets; I will spray one thousand bullets into the heads of and chests of the clueless filthy Americans that flock lazily into the mall at lunch hour to have their favorite fast foods. I will buy an M-16 riffle, the most liked among the enemy troops in Syria, from a smuggler in the outskirts of the city and a dozen magazines all filled to their breams. I feel the American blood flowing into the Nile and the Euphrates, just as they have done in Syria where they claim to be involved in peace-keeping missions against ISIS (Ackerman and Rasmussen, 2017). I will hide the weapon under the driving seat of my hired vehicle, drive to the apartment during hours of normal traffic, and hide it in the sewer. That will be two weeks before the actual attack, then I will take the last reconnaissance.
On the day of the attack, I will use the rented car as normal. I will first pray secretly in my room before calling the commander of the military group to inform him to be ready to watch on CNN how the drama will unfold. I will then drive smoothly out of the compound to the attack site and use the eastern entrance because of its ease of access to the interior; there are no escalators nor stares that will delay my engagement with the enemy. I know I will not walk out alike since I want to die as my brothers who believe in the power to overrun the communists have done. Adrenaline will be pumping in my veins as soon as I shall stop the engine and place my hand on the weapon. The parking space is only three meters from the entrance, which makes it easy for me to zoom through the security checks without allowing the security officers to communicate to each other of my presence. The eastern entrance also takes me to the telephone booth, which will allow me to shoot as many infidels as possible before they reach their 911 emergency center.
Therefore, I will open the door to the car, move out to determine the exact location of the entrance and the security personnel, before fishing out the gun and running into the mall at lightning speed. People in the mall will be caught unawares, and there will be no time for exchanging greetings or asking them to lie on the ground; only bank robbers do that. I jihadist must believe in martyrdom, which is why I will bless the name of Allah before opening random fire to kill as many people as the bullets will hit. I will not want to escape, so I will keep shooting until the police and security officers will succeed in breaking into the room and sending me to paradise in a fashion that I feel is the most appropriate for a soldier. Then, I shall make my commander happy. Soon, Al-Qaeda will announce through its secrete channels its responsibility in the shooting, and news shall be aired on CNN of sirens rushing Americans to hospitals even when they will not survive and to morgues where their condemnation in hell. Then Trump will come in to consider negotiations to withdraw his troops from Syria and end the war on Islam.
