In the United States, women between the ages of 18 and 24 are three times more likely to be sexually abused than other groups in the population ( Lange, Condon & Gardner, 2019) . Often, young females are unable to report such cases due to victimization by the offender, or fear for societal stigmatization. The paper aims to assess Angela's case and offer relevant support based on her experiences. Apart from being sexually abused by her father between the age of 9 and 21 and a classmate, at the age of 14, she appears to have other disorders, which most likely originate from her father's defilement and domestic violence.

She might have failed to report the father at the young age due to the ongoing domestic violence. Through the collaboration, it would be possible to determine whether a lawsuit is vital to the case to ensure that Angela gets justice.
