In the United States, women between the ages of 18 and 24 are three times more likely to be sexually abused than other groups in the population ( Lange, Condon & Gardner, 2019) . Often, young females are unable to report such cases due to victimization by the offender, or fear for societal stigmatization. The paper aims to assess Angela's case and offer relevant support based on her experiences. Apart from being sexually abused by her father between the age of 9 and 21 and a classmate, at the age of 14, she appears to have other disorders, which most likely originate from her father's defilement and domestic violence.
Essentially, Angela has undergone different support programs such as therapy to mitigate her PTSD condition, yet, there has not been any form of family examination across a cross-cultural model to assess the exiting family relationships in terms of cultural and racial factors. By understanding Angela’s culture, it is possible to appreciate the existing differences in a way to expand the boundaries of traditional empathy. Within the DUAA approach, Alvarez-Hernandez & Choi (2017) reveals that when a client is encountered by a micro, mezzo or macro dialectic different from the previous, different rules or schemata comes in mind. Therefore, the additional information that would be inperative to the case include, the childhood history, value presenting problems, and formative influences ( Alvarez-Hernandez & Choi, 2017) . As presented by ( Alvarez-Hernandez & Choi (2017) each Hernandez family members have unique identities, and therefore, the therapist or any other support agency must understand these personalities before offering support

Ideally, Angela's mother might also be essential to the case Angela may feel relieved by sharing these experiences with her in attempt to rebuilt the mother-daughter bond. She might have failed to report the father at the young age due to the ongoing domestic violence. Through the collaboration, it would be possible to determine whether a lawsuit is vital to the case to ensure that Angela gets justice.
