Leadership framework is the set of rules that I as a manager should know and should be able to do. They contain the set of responsibilities that are adhered to by all the managers at all levels of leadership. It also serves to identify leadership at individual, organisation and team levels of work. As a manager, the framework requires me to sets the standards and level of prowess that is practical that is always expected of every manager. It has helped me with a set of specific principles that help me in managing my day to day challenges to ensure success in my organisation. It has also helped me with my colleagues to understand leadership as something that everyone can contribute to. Leadership competency framework I can define it as the competencies that are necessary for my optimum success in this leadership position, there is a very wide library in my organization that we work from so as to ensure that the leaders within the various organization levels have well-maintained leadership skills (Boyce, 2006)
I could express my personal qualities based on the leadership framework; they include the following: I am always decisive; I still tend to try my best to make the best decision for the organisation when it comes to matters of decision-making. Social alertness, I am always keen and aware of my social relationships with my colleagues and inferiors. I always try my best to ensure that each member of the staff has a good relationship with the other members. Cooperative, I am usually cooperative when it comes to performing tasks that will lead to an increase in the output of the organisation. I also encourage teamwork among my fellow employees of the organisation. Self-confident, during most scenarios I always believe in myself despite the risks involved, this quality has enabled me to reach great heights in management levels. Dependable, I do always think that I am supposed to be a figure that my superiors and colleagues and even my inferiors should look upon. Ambitious, I am still optimistic about our expectations and goals as an organisation. I always that each positive step we take always is one step ahead in reaching our target.

In our day to day activities of our organisation, I employ some skills to works smoothly with my colleagues. Resilience, I always find it very comfortable to work in any environment since our day to day activities might find us in a different working environment and this shows that for maximum output one should see the working environment comfortable. I am also usually very transparent when it comes to handling issues, cases of laziness and biases. I always find a proper way to address the issue without leading to chaos in our organisation. Also being emotionally intelligent is one of my best traits while carrying out my role as a leader I usually avoid encounters that tend to lower ones esteems by all costs. Passion is what makes me carry out my work with the least difficulties as I understand very well the challenges that come with the job and take them positively. I am very open-minded. I always give room for any possibility of any outcome. I also offer room for discussions to agree in some cases of decision-making (Contino, 2004) .
I always lead ethically; I try to my best that in every activity I carry out it is still in line with the values that the organisation believe in so that I can serve as a good example (Cherry, 2019) . I always outline these rules to my colleagues and encourage them on why it is essential to adhere to them. I always aim to be a visionary leader by first making organisational goals on where we want to be in the future and then second by formulating the steps to be taken to reach there. When this is done it always increases output is various levels of the organisation. As a manager, I will always carry out my duty with diligence and honour and leading my colleagues should be my number one priority.
